Vous adorerez notre charmante ville historique avec ses boutiques uniques et ses excellents restaurants, à seulement 5 minutes en voiture de la maison. Nous sommes situés entre Asheville, Blue Ridge Parkway, Pisgah Forest, Lake Lure & Chimney Rock Park et Greenville pour accueillir toutes vos aventures. Wolf Laurel et Cataloochee Ski Resorts sont à une courte distance en voiture. Le lit à baldaquin queen-size a un nouveau matelas en mousse à mémoire de forme oh-so-confortable. Le tout nouveau canapé-lit a également un bon matelas en mousse à mémoire. La cuisine est entièrement équipée. Vous aurez votre propre terrasse totalement privée. Profitez de s'asseoir près du foyer le soir. Salle de lavage a laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur et draps et serviettes sont fournis. Profitez du nouveau téléviseur avec Netflix. Nous sommes dans un quartier sûr sur une impasse calme à environ 5 minutes du centre-ville de Hendersonville. L'épicerie est à 1,6 km et le meilleur restaurant mexicain est juste au coin de la rue. Cet appartement confortable était à l'origine un appartement de belle-mère attaché à la maison principale. (Maman, 98 ans, vit avec moi dans la maison principale maintenant). L'appartement a une entrée complètement séparée pour votre intimité et comme je vis sur place, si vous avez besoin de quelque chose, vous pouvez simplement appeler, envoyer un SMS ou sonner. Mais ne vous inquiétez pas - vous ne nous entendrez pas et nous ne vous entendrons pas. Je suis dedans et dehors - silencieux comme une souris. . .

Maria was the kindest, most thoughtful host and we loved staying at Villa Marino. The guest area was clean, spacious, and had everything you could need, including homemade cookies! The garden was impeccable and perfect for relaxing.

Perfect Hendersonville Place

This was a perfectly located, clean, quiet place for close access to downtown Hendersonville and the apple orchards nearby. It is charmingly decorated and the owner was very welcoming. We enjoyed it very much!

Cozy Retreat

Saw the adorable patio area with a swing as we entered the living/dining/kitchen area. Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable sofas. Nicely decorated bedroom and bath. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Stay!

The Perfect Place for Us

Quiet and Peaceful

We had a lovely stay! It’s such a beautiful setting and even though part of a larger home, it was very quiet and felt like we had our own private place. The bed was comfortable and having 2 bathrooms was a plus! The snack basket was a wonderful extra!

Clean and comfortable

This is such a charming place. It was very clean, the bed was comfortable and it had everything we needed for the weekend. It is also situated very close to downtown for easy access to shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed sitting on the porch, there is a beautiful flower garden that attracts all kinds of wildlife that are fun to watch. We would stay here again!

Peaceful and welcoming

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect, clean, quiet and comfortable place to stay in Hendersonville. Fresh apples and cookies awaited us as we entered. The kitchen area was spacious and well stocked. The 2 outdoor patio areas were green and private, right up against a lovely forest. We will definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

Quick weekend in Hendersonville

Had a wonderful stay. great communication and a lovely home. Everything was as listed and exceptionally clean. A nice little welcome basket awaited us on our check in which was above and beyond expected and greatly appreciated (and yummy). Will definitely stay there again when we are in Hendersonville or surrounding area.

This place is nearly perfect! Close proximity to everything, but in a super quiet neighborhood. Everything was spotless and Maria left a sweet welcome basket and a thoughtful card. Would highly recommend!

Comfortable, Cozy and Immaculate Home Away From Home

The property was so cozy and homey! There were even homemade cookies! My friend and I enjoyed our stay. The furniture was comfortable. Especially the bed. The kitchen had all we needed. I will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Perfect location with the best host

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Marino and plan to be back! Maria has the villa stocked with all the essentials plus some thoughtful extras. The layout of the place made the most out of the square footage and the 1.5 baths really made the stay easy for 4 of us (2 adults, 2 children). The outdoor patio was a great and we can’t wait to visit in the late spring/early summer to enjoy the beautiful landscaping!!

Lovely host, cute acommodations

Marie was a spectacular host - so sweet and helpful. The bed was comfy and the kitchen well stocked for easy cooking. Our only complaint was lighting was dim for knitting…maybe consider 3 way bulbs for knitters, readers, crossword puzzlers!

Peaceful

This apartment was perfect for us. We were looking for somewhere quiet and comfortable but within an easy distance to area attractions. As a bonus we got a space that was absolutely spotless, a generous size and remarkably private. Maria was an exceptional hostess who really anticipated our needs but respected our space.
