Rustic Cabin, Appalachian Elegance, rural mais proche

Appalaches à son meilleur. Un chalet de montagne recréée dans le sous-sol (premier étage, au niveau du sol) de ma maison pour votre plaisir. Entrée privée (s), pont couvert / patio, terrasse ouverte, vue magnifique, cadre trÚs privé.

L'emplacement a une orientation Est-Ouest, avec de beaux levers et couchers de soleil. Grande place pour se asseoir, se détendre et profiter de votre boisson préférée.

La cabine est entiÚrement autonome. Il a sa propre cuisine, salle de bain avec douche (pas de baignoire), et un petit séjour / salle à manger. Une chambre avec un lit king size.

Idéalement situé entre I-40 et I-26, sur Busbee Montagne, la propriété borde le Biltmore Estate et se confond avec le Blue Ridge Parkway à une altitude de 3346 pieds.

Eh bien comportés animaux sont plus que bienvenus!

George “left the light on” for our late arrival and even greeted us. He responded to messages within minutes. The cabin is clean and cozy with lots of fun detail. The scenery is incredible! Great experience!

Wonderful stay with great views and close proximity to the city! This is my second stay at George’s property and it’s such a nice place and a fantastic value. It’s quiet and secluded but you’ll be in the city within 15 minutes. My dog and I both enjoyed our stay and we’ll be back!

Every time I leave George’s cabin, I daydream about the next time I can return. The moments spent in Ollie’s (George’s Camp Cat-selor) company and watching Mama Bear with her adorable cubs—at a safe distance, of course—are truly unforgettable. It’s heartwarming to see the beautiful space that George has created, where both wildlife and humans can harmoniously coexist. It’s a remarkable sanctuary that resonates with the soul.

Fabulous stay on tge mountain top!

Everything was flawless! The unit is exactly as described, plus quaint and cute. It has everything one needs to be comfortable and to enjoy the serenity of the gorgeous views! It's located so close to Ashville, Black mountain, and other smaller towns to walk, eat, and enjoy. There are 2 unexpected bonuses here...George is a super wonderful person, just a great guy! And the bear sightings! We enjoyed our stay tremendously! We will be back!

Mountain High

On top of Mt Busbee with some of the most awesome views I have ever seen. And the Bears. Wow. Mama Bear and cubs were the first ones that greeted us when we turned the curve to "George's Cabin". When we turned into driveway, we were gr3ted by our Host, George, who escorted us to cabin and gave us some information about th mountains, ingcluding Mt Mitchell . Because of the generosity of our Host, the cabin setting, and the most Awesome and ever-changing mountains, I felt "at peace wi5h everything.

Amazing getaway

We had a great time at the cabin. My wife and I wanted to get away for a few days without the kids, and this was the perfect place. Quiet, peaceful, great view, close drive to downtown. George was a great host. We would definitely go back if we get the chance.

A mountain gem!

This was a perfect weekend getaway for me and my dog. George was very responsive and his instructions on how the get to the property and check in were clear. The cabin has a gorgeous view of the mountains, with a massive patio along with windows in the cabin to see the view, even from the bed. The kitchen was nicely stocked and there’s a gas bbq on the patio. The bed was comfortable and there’s plenty of fans, heaters and a window unit AC for extra cooling if needed. The location is far enough to feel unplugged but close enough to be in the city of Asheville in 15 minutes. The road to George’s property is steep but completely paved and the road is completely cleared from any debris. I’d highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a mountain getaway!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

I had a half -finished basement when I purchased the home, which I separated from the house upstairs. I envisioned a downstairs cabin so others could enjoy the beautiful mountains as I do.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Living on a rural mountain and bordering the Biltmore Estate Property, there is an abundance of wildlife - turkey, deer, pheasants, bear, raccoons, generally all sorts of wildlife. I have pictures of bear in the yard and in close-by trees.
At an elevation of 3,346 feet, the cabin overlooks a huge valley. The valley is often filled with fog, creating a beautiful sunrise at eye-level.
