This beautiful, cozy, immaculate cottage is perfect for exploring or relaxing. It's fully stocked and conveniently located near many local attractions. You can enjoy a beautiful, covered patio, a shady sitting area, and more amenities, including a fire ring and gas grill. Plus, you can enjoy your stay without cleaning fees or exit chores!

The cottage sleeps three adults comfortably with a queen bed, and, a twin bed, and a comfortable couch which can serve as a twin bed.

Nearby, you'll find a grocery store, post office, bank, organic store, deli, ice cream shop, pizza place, and craft brewery. The cozy Fairview Library is also steps away!

I was looking for a place to relax for a long weekend. I found it here. They thought of every detail, so much so that it felt like a home away from home. I spent hours outside in the covered patio, even during a thunderstorm. The location was lovely and accessible to the Blue ridge parkway, restaurants, and groceries. Highly recommend and will go back.

A lovely cottage, tastefully decorated. For our needs, as a couple, spacious and comfortable. Very clean and pleasant. Everything worked well and hosts responded immediately to any questions we had. They were very respectful of our privacy but also checked on us during a severe storm. Plenty of parking, right at the front door. We would definitely hope to stay here again if we ever come back to Asheville.

The cottage and hosts could not have been more charming and delightful for our mother/daughter weekend. We had plenty of privacy enjoying the patio every evening complete with a wonderful fire pit arranged by our hosts. The cottage had everything you could imagine needing down to an excellent array of board games and magazines. Loved this property and would definitely recommend.

This is a very cute small cottage with a lovely roofed patio area. Everything needed was there from a comfortable bed to a well-equipped kitchen and a clean nice bathroom with good towels, and a coffee station with a stock of Keurig selections. The location is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood (next to the small public library!) while being very convenient to the main highway. More than enough parking for the cottage.And the hosts could not have pleased us more by striking the perfect balance between our privacy and their helpfulness.Highly recommended.Fairview does have fewer restaurants than some locations, but we particularly liked Piazza up the road a couple of miles, and The Local Joint which is very close by. There is both a wine bar and a brewery within easy walking distance.

They even reached out after our stay and found that we left a personal item in their cottage and mailed it to us without any expectations. My friend and I had a great stay at this cottage! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, the rooms were super cute and comfortable, and the outdoor area was so lovely for just sitting outside and relaxing. We also loved the outdoor fire pit. Rebecca and Michael were amazing hosts. I would absolutely come back for another stay here, and highly recommend it to anyone else!

By far the best VRBO I have ever stayed in. Rebeca and Michael were terrific! Everything was clean and well taken care of. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area. Their house is across a courtyard area, but you would have never known. The privacy and quietness made the stay that much better! Highly recommend!
