This beautiful, cozy, immaculate cottage is perfect for exploring or relaxing. It's fully stocked and conveniently located near many local attractions. You can enjoy a beautiful, covered patio, a shady sitting area, and more amenities, including a fire ring and gas grill. Plus, you can enjoy your stay without cleaning fees or exit chores!

The cottage sleeps three adults comfortably with a queen bed, and, a twin bed, and a comfortable couch which can serve as a twin bed.

Nearby, you'll find a grocery store, post office, bank, organic store, deli, ice cream shop, pizza place, and craft brewery. The cozy Fairview Library is also steps away!

A lovely cottage, tastefully decorated. For our needs, as a couple, spacious and comfortable. Very clean and pleasant. Everything worked well and hosts responded immediately to any questions we had. They were very respectful of our privacy but also checked on us during a severe storm. Plenty of parking, right at the front door. We would definitely hope to stay here again if we ever come back to Asheville.

We had such a nice stay here! Micheal and Rebecca are wonderful host who really care about their property! They made us feel right at home! They even reached out after our stay and found that we left a personal item in their cottage and mailed it to us without any expectations. Would definitely suggest this property to anyone who’s visiting the Asheville area!

My friend and I had a great stay at this cottage! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, the rooms were super cute and comfortable, and the outdoor area was so lovely for just sitting outside and relaxing. We also loved the outdoor fire pit. Rebecca and Michael were amazing hosts. I would absolutely come back for another stay here, and highly recommend it to anyone else!

By far the best VRBO I have ever stayed in. Rebeca and Michael were terrific! Everything was clean and well taken care of. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area. Their house is across a courtyard area, but you would have never known. The privacy and quietness made the stay that much better! Highly recommend!

Great communication from the hosts, before and during our stay. VRBO had some problems with their site while booking. Rebecca patiently helped us work through it and held our reservation while details were getting worked out. The location was surprisingly convenient to be able to reach many places we like to visit around the Asheville, NC area. Probably our two most important wants for a rental are that it is clean and we feel safe there. Both of those were met. We loved the patio! It was a great place to relax, enjoy the outdoors under cover and have a bonus view of the mountains in the distance. Michael & Rebecca couldn’t have been more gracious. You could tell they would do anything possible to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The cottage was well stocked with everything needed. They had great information on site about the surrounding area. Michael & Rebecca gave additional area recommendations upon request. A couple of circumstantial property issues occurred while we were there that could happen to anyone’s property. Michael & Rebecca responded and resolved those issues immediately. The hosts were available whenever we needed them, but they respected our privacy unless we initiated with them. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts! We would definitely stay there again. And we would recommend this property to anyone who’s living needs it fits.

This is the cutest little cottage. We truly enjoyed our stay here. It was so nice and clean. You truly felt right at home. The patio was perfect and we even got to see some bunnies! Truly felt like our own private oasis.

Quick family get away

What a lovely setting to spend some time away. Very spacious guest house, lovely beds & linens plus a well stocked kitchen. The highlight was the gorgeous covered patio…The most amazing spot for morning coffee!!! Delightful hosts!
