Stunning view!

Once we’d stopped looking at the view, the apartment was well equipped and very comfortable. Beautifully clean and secure parking was a bonus Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend

Great location with beautiful views over the water, and super close to the centre of town with no hills to walk and a lift in building which suited my elderly parents. Convenient and easy to access parking. The property is very comfortable and was a great space to enjoy.

Excellent location, easy and very secure parking, comfortable and cosy apartment with fabulous views.. beds were very comfortable. Large picture window in front bedroom and lounge with spectacular ever changing views made this apartment very special.Thankyou for the milk and biscuits on arrival. Some negative points were… there was no way for us to keep the Lounge window clean easily, and this did spoil the view half way through our holiday. The shower was the real big disappointment…the circular curtain was extremely awkward and the controls for the temperature therefore impossible once you were showering.. None of us looked forward to using it…it needs something!! The cooker hood wasn’t working so the lighting wasn’t brilliant…we also had to open the window when cooking anything. But we did enjoy our stay very much apart from the negatives…so perhaps we might return in the future. Thank you.

Wonderful view!

Easy to find and easy process to get to the apartment and keys. It was a wow factor once you walk in the door. The view fantastic! The lounge and kitchen perfect size and so comfortable. All cleaned on arrival. The main bedroom again with fantastic view! Everything you needed was in this flat. A couple of light bulbs went in the bathroom, visited CRW who sorted it for us. So easy and helpful. The location is great. Lovely Evening stroll to the lovely restaurants and shops.. great spot to visit all locations in the area.thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful apartment.

5 night winter break

On arrival we couldn’t get the parking gates to open as we had failed to note the arrow after the pin. This was our fault but might be worth emphasising in the arrival instructions. The apartment was perfect for our needs but smelt strongly of cigarette smoke. We let the agent know and they agreed and provided aerosols to help mask the smell. Unfortunately this did spoil our holiday

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay Jennifer. We are very sorry to hear that your stay was spoiled. The housekeepers work very hard to ensure the property is thoroughly cleaned prior to guest arrival. We have further emphasised the need to press the arrow Key on the access information now.
