Cette spacieuse maison de plage sur trois étages avec cinq chambres et quatre salles de bains offre une surface habitable de plus de 3 300 pieds carrés, quatre porches, un nid de pie et un garage pratique avec voiturette de golf électrique.

Au rez-de-chaussĂ©e, vous trouverez un salon spacieux avec un grand ventilateur de plafond tropical, une salle Ă  manger et une cuisine entiĂšrement amĂ©nagĂ©e avec coin repas, rĂ©frigĂ©rateur avec machine Ă  glaçons, machine Ă  glaçons supplĂ©mentaire, four Ă  micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, espace buanderie avec machine Ă  laver, sĂšche linge et salle de bain complĂšte. . Juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du salon et de la salle Ă  manger se trouve un grand porche arriĂšre avec de nombreux siĂšges Ă  l’extĂ©rieur.

En plus des piÚces à vivre principales situées au rez-de-chaussée, vous trouverez la grande suite parentale et la salle de bain principale spacieuse avec une grande baignoire de jardin, une douche vitrée fermée, une double vasque et une piÚce de commode séparée.

À l’étage supĂ©rieur, vous dĂ©couvrirez quatre chambres d’hĂŽtes et deux salles de bain complĂštes. Wonderful week at Chateau de la Mer! Home is well appointed and has a designer touch. Spacious and welcoming and includes tons of beach toys/chairs
we didn’t need to bring our own! Easy check-in and great location near pool. Golf cart is a huge bonus! Would stay again!

Both were really good. If you need seafood to cook go to Billy’s Seafood Market.

Both of the pools were great. A short golf cart ride to the boardwalk down to the beach made it easy. The washing machine was broke but management worked fast to get it fixed for us.

Great house for large group

This house was very spacious, furniture was nice, and the kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of sleeping spaces and bathrooms. Distance to the beach was not bad at all. After a miscommunication about the golf cart was corrected by the onsite manager everything else was smooth. Air conditioner upstairs was not working at first but management sent some right out to fix it. We even got checked in in time to watch the ballgame. Absolutely would stay here again. Loved our time there. Fall is the best time to visit and the rates are good.

Great home for larger groups

There was an issue at first with the second level air conditioner however management sent someone right out to correct it. We were even allowed to check in slightly early in time to watch the ballgame. This location is also not too far from the beach.

There wasn't much we needed outside of our own groceries. The location to the beach was short, sometimes we just walked or rode the bikes instead of taking the golf cart. We also were very appreciative of the security guards always making sure any cars that came in were with parking tags . We felt more secure knowing this.

We love the community and we love the house. Last year the house was beautifully updated. The kitchen is very well organized and equipped. The living area and dining room table are ideal for family gatherings, movies, games and meals. I overheard several family members say out loud, “I love this house!” We enjoyed the brand new golf cart this year. Check-in and check-out was very smooth and easy.

Loved having the bikes though. Loved having the big boiling pot as we did a shrimp/crab leg boil one night for dinner since NOT eating out much. We love coming to Martinique as it a safe and enjoyable property. Ice maker was a big plus for us. Would love the crows nest to have beds rather than the couch as most of the springs were missing and not comfortable for sleeping. Will be back for sure!!

Visited the property after going to FL 30A area as a family (14 of us now) for last 10 years. Looking for something special to meet our needs - 1 yr old to 70. Found it at Martinique. No steps to house first floor or to beach. Easy access to beach via boardwalk. Used beach wheelchair from house to umbrella. Pools were super. Staff was superb. House was outstanding. Loved the laid-back area, yet attractions for all ages very nearby. Best beach vacation yet for our family and we've been doing it over 10 years. Only downside was driveway parking, but they had acceptable workaround

It was easy and convenient to get to the beach with the golf cart, and we enjoyed the pool areas as well. The beach house we rented was perfect size and layout for our family. Even though the house had new carpeting in bedroom areas, we felt there were things in the house that could have used some tlc. The kitchen cabinets and drawers needed a good cleaning, the kitchen sink and faucet were not in great condition, and bed comforters, pillows on sofas, etc. were showing lots of wear. With just a bit more care, the Chateau de la Mer would be perfect! I would recommend this property to a friend, but would hope some of these items would be remedied.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely LOVED our family vacation. We had 8 adults, 2 teens and our young grandchildren. What a beautiful, spacious home. It had all the things in the kitchen that we needed. The golf cart was a very nice bonus, even though the home is located close enough that you could walk to beach and pools. We are pickleball lovers so we enjoyed the court with our family. We will definitely book and stay here again. The only thing that happened was the trash outside wasnt dumped upon our arrival. Trash goes out on Saturdays and Wednesdays. WIth the larger number of people we had in our party and the trash that wasnt dumped on Saturday we topped off the outside cans very fast. But all in all a fantastic vacation!!! Staff was very friendly and helpful on my calls prior to our stay. If you havent booked a stay, do its DELIGHTFUL!

Family vacation with 26

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented three homes in Martinique for a large family vacation. I rented Chateau de la Mer for my family. It was perfect. The house was spacious and beautiful. Plenty of space for two families, kids, big and little and grandma. The youngest granddaughter lives the “beach” in the front yard. But the beautiful interior was what the grown up kids loved. Every room was newly and tastefully decorated. Ftom the chef kitchen, the screened in porch, the bunk bed room, the crows nest, gorgeous master bath... it was so perfect. I want to go back. There were seven bikes, big and little in the garage. We used them every single day. And the six person golf cart made everyone happy. Pickleball court on site was so much fun! We played in the morning and in the evening. We loved everything’s in Martinique and the surrounding area. It was so much fun, too. I would love to go back and make more memories. Kudos to the owner for the beautiful renovation. Tight outbid a magazine. Thank you Chateau for a beautifully perfect week.

Perfect for a large family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My children and grandchildren loved the roominess of the house and the convenience of the golf cart. We were all comfortable in the large living room and the bed rooms were a good size too. The kitchen was well stocked and roomie for several cooks. We loved it! Convenient to two pools and the beach.
