Welcome to Ocean Awaits 2! This brand new beachfront home has 6 bedrooms, a Gulf front private pool, and a total sleeping capacity of 22 guests. Ocean Awaits 2 is spacious and beautifully furnished, and guests will enjoy views of the blue waters and white sand from all throughout the house! Utilize the boardwalk to take a stroll on the beach, a dip in the water, or layout in the sun all day long. Guests will also love to relax or entertain on the spacious porches and float in the private pool overlooking the beach.

The 6 bedrooms in this home are perfect for large groups of friends or family. There are two bedrooms on the first floor, one with a King bed and another with both a King bed and a Twin over Twin bunk bed. Upstairs, you will find two King bedrooms with gulf views, another King bedroom, and a bedroom perfect for piling in the kids with 3 total bunk beds: 2 full over full bunks and a twin over twin bunk! The first floor offers the state of the art kitchen and relaxing living room, and there is another cozy den upstairs. Book your dream vacation now at the brand new Ocean Awaits 2!

Location was great! Had plenty of room for everyone (14). Game changer that every bedroom had a bathroom! Disappointed with lack of towels and extra blankets. Upon arrival the smell of wet dog permeated the main floor. I know it is a pet friendly rental but the rugs need to be cleaned or replaced so the smell isn’t so overwhelming. The house is beautiful and the pool was great to have in place of the beach when the jellyfish were bad.if renting this house make sure you bring beach gear and extra kitchen, bath and beach towels. We had to purchase cleaning sponges for the kitchen and a manual can opener since the one provided didn’t work very well. On a positive note the kitchen is amazing! Loved having 2 of everything! Made cooking for large group a breeze! The elevator was great to have for unloading and loading groceries and luggage . However the elevator won’t work if there is a power surge. We had to call maintenance to come fix the elevator the first day we were there. They responded quickly and told us about power surges messing with the elevator. We had a storm the night before we left and the next morning the elevator didn’t work. Called upon checkout to let them know so they could fix before next guest. Made loading up to leave a little difficult with no working elevator. We had a great time in spite of the few little inconveniences . Would consider renting this house again if we needed the space.

Most amazing Vacation!

Our friends and Family could not have enjoyed this vacation more! The house exceeded expectations, the beaches were beautiful and not crowded and we were able to have our own space and completely enjoy each other! The only negative feedback is that the pool was hot during the day, but the positive is that it felt great at night when we wanted a hot tub

Beautiful property and a wonderful place to stay!

We stayed here for a week for a family vacation, and it was the perfect way to enjoy the Gulf Shores area! Everything was clean and exactly how it was described in the listing. Hope to visit again!

Perfect beach trip.

House was wonderful. Fit all of our needs, beds were very comfortable, towels and linens very clean. Loved having a bathroom in the bedrooms as we had 3 families with kids so it was nice to have your own space. We had 6 adults and 4 kids. Pool was small and was perfect for the little kids. Beach was excellent, large with soft sand. Need to bring your own beach towels, toys, etc. My biggest compliment was with the management company. Anytime I emailed them they responded so insanely fast and were so nice. Would rent the house gain and would stay with Prickett properties again.

Wonderful house & location

The house worked great for our group of 11. We all had room to spread out when needed. The location was amazing & the beach right off the deck was incredible! We were given the wrong dimensions for the pool, so it was much smaller than we expected but it was very warm! Some beach chairs would have been really nice!!

Family Getaway

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful house! It was clean and as advertised. Awesome location with a short walk to the beach. We had a minor issue with elevator and garbage disposal and both were responded to and fixed very quickly! Perfect house for families. Kiddos loved the bunk room and pool!

Perfect for our group. Spacious living area and plenty of seating. Clean! Loved that the patio did have some cover/ shade and the pool was a hit for the kiddos and adults.

Fantastic stay at Ocean Awaits 2!

It was like having the beach to ourselves over Memorial Day and the following week! The pool was wonderful for our grandchildren aged 2, 4, 6, 7, and 10. The dolphins were abundant, more than we've ever seen! The house fit our needs excellently. We couldn't have been more pleased.

Family Vacation

Our family vacation stay at Ocean Awaits 2 was amazing. It is in an area that is not overly crowded so it was like we had our own little piece of the Gulf Shores for the week. The house was extremely clean and the beds were super comfortable. If we ever head back to Gulf Shores we will certainly consider staying at Ocean Awaits 2 again!

Beautiful home!

The property was beautiful and perfect for our family! We did have a few issues with the elevator and was very disappointed to see the back glass was still broken on the door because we had lots of little ones and I had seen it mentioned in a review 5 months ago... the blender had strawberry daiquiri (at least thats what it smelled and looked like) in it and 2 cookie sheets in the cabinet had icing and grease on them like maybe from cinnamon rolls? Other than us doing a little cleaning of dishes and watching the kids around the door it was GREAT!! Would definetely recommend the house

Don’t Believe the Negative Teviews

Our extended family, four generations, had a marvelous time. The house was clean (for a beach rental), we’ll stocked. And again, for a beach rental. I love to cook so I know to bring my own knives etc. The pool was wonderful, the beach perfect and the management company FABULOUS. We did have a couple small issues and they were Uber responsive and incredibly kind and polite. The gentleman who came to turn down the pool heat was so very kind. He showed our daughter how to fill it so her 3 year old could jump in and out as much as she would like.. It was truly my a magical vacation with wonderful memories made!

Great house to stay with lots of people

House is laid out nicely and was plenty large enough for our group of 14 (teenagers and older). Beds are comfy and rooms are large. Bunk room has so many beds! Amenities are nice. Lots of TVs with different services. Warm pool. Only items are we would have liked to see was a little more in the way of kitchen items, large bowls, griddle, 9x13 pans, utensils, etc. and would also like to have had more outdoor seating to accommodate all 14+. Attentive property managers and quick to resolve our minor issues. We would return. It was a great stay and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Gulf Shores area with a large group.

Perfect home for a multi family get together

This home has the perfect layout for a large or multi family stay. Two fridges, oven and dishwashers
what?? Awesome. Kids played in the pool from the time they got up until they were forced to go to bed. Now add the beach and gulf waters to that and you got awesomeness!!

Dancing on the Waves

We are a Christ Centered dance/yoga ministry and we’re so thrilled that the deck was just perfect for our devotion in motion’s and time of prayer on our mats. It felt like we were right on the ocean. We tried to move some furniture for our indoor time and there were lots of paper wrappers and popcorn under the couch. Also all of the extra fees added on to our bill were questionable. But other than that the beds were very comfortable and the house was perfect for our event. Thank you!

Beautiful property, beautiful weather.

This was a beautiful house on the beach with a private pool facing the beach. It had an elevator that we only used to transport our things to the 2nd and 3rd floors. The only thing that would have made this perfect would be no biting flies and no jellyfish.
