Cette charmante maison de plage de trois étages avec quatre chambres à coucher, trois salles de bain complètes offre une surface habitable de près de 2 545 pieds carrés, 2 porches et un garage pratique avec voiturette de golf pour 6 passagers.

Au rez-de-chaussée, vous trouverez un salon spacieux avec télévision par satellite, une salle à manger et une cuisine entièrement équipée avec coin repas, réfrigérateur avec machine à glaçons, machine à glaçons sous le comptoir, four micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle et buanderie avec lave-linge et sèche-linge. En plus des pièces à vivre principales au rez-de-chaussée, il y a une suite parentale très privée et une chambre d'amis avec une salle de bain complète.

Au deuxième étage, vous découvrirez deux chambres d’hôtes supplémentaires, une salle de bain complète et un escalier menant à un grand nid de pie avec lit gigogne. Les autres caractéristiques comprennent des plafonds de 9 et 10 pieds, des ventilateurs de plafond, le chauffage central et la climatisation, ainsi que de nombreux espaces de rangement.

Great family friendly home!

We stayed with 7 of our family! The home was very clean and stocked with all the needed essentials and the beds were comfortable. We loved the neighborhood and driving the golf cart to the pool and beach! Our only complaint was the propane grill did not heat up properly and took a long time to grill our burgers. Overall, we would highly recommend!!!

It was so nice that some of the guest chose to stay in and enjoy the home and resort. Check in and out was easy. Didn't really have a need for interactions with management. The stay was amazing. It has everything you will need to have a great vacation. A six person golf cart made getting back and forth to the beach a breeze! Located in the center of Martinique, you aren’t far from any of the amenities. I can’t think of one negative thing to say about the house. Excellent all the way around!

In our group we have age1-70, and everyone has a great time! Accommodations are incredible in the home rentals, golf carts make getting around easy, and all the comforts of home are included. In our recent visit, we only left the property once in six days... tho much is available to see, do, and eat within 20 minutes of the property. We love coming and are ready to return!

Loved the golfcart, beach umbrellas, large dining table, comfortable beds, and location very near one of the pools. Management was very kind and accomodating on more than one issue. Overall, a great vacation was had by all. Although we were made well aware of the insufficient parking, it wasn't the best situation to park a car off the complex. But we knew it going in, so on us.

We took advantage of the heated pool, the 6 person golf cart and of course, the lovely beach. The only downside were several items that were in disrepair: an upholstered chair, a broken toilet seat and a corner curio cabinet that had a sign indicating it was being repaired soon. ( The toilet seat was repaired after a phone call. Although these items should probably have been repaired before our stay, they did not detract from our enjoyment. We will return,

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great week! We've been coming to Martinique for almost 18 years, and Crow's Nest is well-kept and suited our needs. The photos show one of the rooms on the second floor having twin beds. These have been replaced with a king bed. Also, there are exactly 10 bath towels in the entire house. That is not enough for a house that sleeps 12 people! There were two kitchen washrags and two drying towels. Again, for a week's stay in a large home, that is very insufficient. Otherwise, it's well-stocked.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First time staying at Ft Morgan. Our daughter found this house at Martinique and it was perfect for our extended family of 10. 3 houses away from 1 pool and about 10 minute walk from the beach and 2nd pool. We had plenty of linens and the kitchen was well equipped. Nice to have laundry baskets and a drying rack. Plenty of extra beach toys in the garage and the gold cart was so helpful for all. I do have 2 suggestions: please sharpen the kitchen knives and add more silverware. We always eat in all our meals. We were constantly washing silverware to have enough. The knives were very dull.
