The caravan features three well-appointed bedrooms: a master bedroom with a comfortable double bed, and two additional bedrooms each with single beds, offering sleeping arrangements for up to eight guests. The living area provides a relaxing space to unwind after a day of adventures. A fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and coffee maker, making meal preparation easy. Enjoy meals together at the dining table. The caravan also boasts a full bathroom and a convenient half bathroom. Step outside onto the patio area for outdoor seating to enjoy the fresh air. This mobile home is your perfect base for exploring the nearby beach, Fantasy Island, and the beautiful Lincolnshire countryside.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire mobile home, including three bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a half bathroom. Guests can also enjoy the patio or balcony, the kitchen, and the indoor fireplace. The property offers access to a communal pool and is located near the beach and resort amenities. The key safe code will be provided after the cleaners have finished.

Enjoy the convenience of being just a 5-minute walk from the beach! For family fun, Fantasy Island is a short 10-minute walk away, offering attractions for all ages. You'll find plenty to do and explore right near your accommodation.
