Really lovely place with fabulous views. It was really well equipped throughout, especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed and more. There was plenty of space, lovely decor and lots of room for clothes, hangers, etc. The beds were huge and very comfortable, as were the chairs. Having a management company as host instead of a person to contact, meant the communication, although extremely timely and helpful with plenty of information, felt a little automated; I didn't get a reply to a text or the questionnaire I completed after arriving about a very minor query. Maybe I should have tried calling them too. Having said that, it didn't matter much, as the house itself was very welcoming and had a lovely friendly, family feel to it. The accommodation is in a great position with fantastic walks and lots of things to see and do. It's useful to have the tide 'clock' in the sitting room so you know when you can walk around the headland. We didn't discover until the last day that we were so near to the path of the RSPB Brading Marshes, where we saw lots of birds. It starts just along the harbour front, by the houseboats and is a lovely walk along the waterside. Some great places to eat included the seafood restaurant out in the harbour, the Crab and Lobster pub, the Point and the Beach Cafe. I would highly recommend this place to stay and we would love to come back in future.
