The Perfect Beach House!

We had a family of 14 stay for the week. It included ages three up to 83. The home is very well equipped, the beds are comfortable. And the water is hot. We love being able to sit out on the back deck and enjoy the breeze off the lake. You can see the lake from the back deck and watch the kids play out on the water we were able to walk down the street and play in the water right close to the house. We loved the bonfire in the backyard. We roasted marshmallows and laugh till dark. This is a perfect place for a family reunion.

Great stay! We have rented this home many times over the years.

Great stay! We have rented this home many times over the years. It works well with lots of bedrooms, bathrooms, and we love the big wrap around deck for outdoor eating and evening games. The view of the lake and the early morning sunrise is so nice. Our family loves big lawn for volleyball and lawn games. It was fun to have the children’s play set added this year.

Lots of sleeping room

The house is very spacious and roomy. The pros are the following: - lots of beds for sleeping - mostly king size beds, good mattress, clean -property is amazing, lots of lawn, fire pit, volleyball net… - great view and lots of deck space - large kitchen island and plenty of plates/dishes/glasses - big area for basketball/skateboarding - easy check in Cons: - pretty outdated kitchen and decor throughout the house - not sure about others, but our shower liner was ripped and stained - one tiny TV, also outdated - no AC just swamp cooler which works great but is very regional Overall the cons were not a big deal at all. We loved the location and the spaciousness of the place.

Common Ground Outdoor Adventure

Our stay was great.

Our stay was great. All of the necessities are provided in the house and everything was in good condition. The AC was not working when we were there, but the instructions for the swamp cooler were clear and it kept the house plenty cool. We had a really good experience. We received useful information ahead of time and in time to know what to plan for. Directions to the property and check-in and out information was communicated clearly.

It was exactly what we needed! We didn’t realize there wasn’t WiFi there, but that’s wasn’t a big deal at all. Loved the rental voucher!

We love the outdoors, hiking, swimming, boating, skiing, Raspberry Days, Mammoth Marathon, jet skiing, ATV riding, etc. that Bear Lake has to offer. This property has lots to offer. Its in the center of Garden city and close to restaurants, shops and grocery stores, but it is also secluded enough you won't feel overwhelmed by people. It has a great view of the lake and just a short walk to play in the water. It has a large grassy area for family gatherings with a fire pit, volley ball net and basketball hoop. Plenty of parking and a great place for any age.
