Conveniently located, Meadow View is within walking distance of The Pickleville Playhouse, Ideal Beach, and the Bear Lake bike path. It's just a five-minute drive to Sweetwater Golf Course, Bear Lake State Park Marina, and the famous raspberry shakes in Garden City. In the winter, you’re only 20 minutes from Beaver Mountain Ski Resort, one of Utah’s most affordable ski destinations—a weekend here costs less than a single day at the larger resorts near Salt Lake City.

We had 11 staying at the house, 6 adults and 5 children ages 7 and under. There is more than enough room for all of us. We were able to eat meals together at the large dining table and had more than enough sleeping/bathroom accommodations. The house is as nice as advertised and the location is easy to find and provides access to all the popular places in Gaeden City and around Bear Lake. Check-in was a breeze, and the host was extra accommodating. Highly recommend this house and will stay here again!

Good stay

Very nice house. Lots of beds and places to sleep. Kids disappointed that the air hockey machine was broken. That was a big reason we booked the place so wish we would have known beforehand. Great location. Property manager is super nice and easy to get ahold of. Overall great stay.

Great place to stay with our big and varied group. The house was great, and the kids had fun climbing the rocks in back and playing on the slice of grass. Close enough to bear Lake and the town, but we had a lovely view of a hayfield and evening sprinklers. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful and Fun House

The house is clean and beautiful, location is very convenient. Big pantry and kitchen table, the bunk rooms are great for kids/families, and the large couches in the basement are really nice for hanging out, watching movies, and chatting! Loved all the hooks for towels in the bathrooms and entryway. There are also two laundry rooms, which is very convenient. We did have some trouble getting a hold of the host in the days prior to our stay which was stressful, but once we got in contact everything was great! Host was responsive and attentive during our stay. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here!

Our family enjoyed staying here, and thought the accommodations were nice! However, we would like to mention a few things that would have made our stay even nicer. It would have been nice if the air hockey table worked! Also, you need some type of curtains or blinds on the west side doors, because when the sun is in the west it really Heats things up. The toilet paper needs to be a higher quality. Also, there needs to be more dish towels and dish cloths! Also, some of the doors are very squeaky! Also, a small dresser or some shelfs in the closets would have been nice! But, all in all it accommodated our family very nicely, and we had a very good time! Thank you!

The property was in a great location and met our needs. My only compaint was one of the bedrooms in the basement smelled like urine. As we did more checking, the pad on the bed had urine stains on it that had not been washed and also the mattress had urine stains on it. No fun!

A little slice of Paradise

The house was just as described. Very clean with all the amenities listed. My grandchildren had a blast and their parents enjoyed time with the other adults in the family. Plenty of room to play games as the whole family or with a small group. The three days we were there went way too fast. The owners were very easy to communicate with.

Great house close to everything you need.

The house was great and easily accommodated our family of 9 adults and10 children. Great location, stocked well and new and clean. Only drawback was the no landscaping (which they were working on) and lots of construction vehicles. This will not be a problem in the future but for us with little kids, we could have used a yard.

Beautiful home with 2 large gathering spaces. Plenty of beds!

We loved how spacious it was. The living dining kitchen was an awesome space for meal time. We enjoyed the air hockey table. Loved the bunk rooms. Great number of beds for individual families with small children.

This is a new property and we worked closely with the builder to make sure we could have a space for large gatherings without having it feel like the kids can't touch anything. We are hoping many families stay here and can come back year after year.

Meadow View has an off the beaten path feel with the amenities of your own home. Enough space to keep separated and small enough to feel together. Plenty of parking for boat and cars and some room outside for the wonderful evening weather of Garden City.
