Whether you're visiting Bear Lake for boating, swimming, biking, 4-wheeling, or skiing and snowmobiling in the winter, Meadow View is the perfect family-friendly home base.

Conveniently located, Meadow View is within walking distance of The Pickleville Playhouse, Ideal Beach, and the Bear Lake bike path. It's just a five-minute drive to Sweetwater Golf Course, Bear Lake State Park Marina, and the famous raspberry shakes in Garden City. In the winter, you’re only 20 minutes from Beaver Mountain Ski Resort, one of Utah’s most affordable ski destinations—a weekend here costs less than a single day at the larger resorts near Salt Lake City.

Very nice house. Lots of beds and places to sleep. Kids disappointed that the air hockey machine was broken. That was a big reason we booked the place so wish we would have known beforehand. Great location. Property manager is super nice and easy to get ahold of. Overall great stay.

We had 11 staying at the house, 6 adults and 5 children ages 7 and under. There is more than enough room for all of us. We were able to eat meals together at the large dining table and had more than enough sleeping/bathroom accommodations. The house is as nice as advertised and the location is easy to find and provides access to all the popular places in Gaeden City and around Bear Lake. Check-in was a breeze, and the host was extra accommodating. Highly recommend this house and will stay here again!

Beautiful and clean. Had everything we needed for enjoyable stay. Parking was tricky with the boat, but the garage was available which helped. Also great that we could use the garage for paddle board and bikes!

My wife and I live in Colorado and have 3 boys. We both work in health care and love serving others for a career. Our lives revolve around God and family and we love the outdoors! We are excited to share our home! We hope that those who visit the house have a great stay and feel comfortable with what we have created.

This is a new property and we worked closely with the builder to make sure we could have a space for large gatherings without having it feel like the kids can't touch anything. We are hoping many families stay here and can come back year after year.

We appreciate any feedback on how we can improve our home.

Meadow View has an off the beaten path feel with the amenities of your own home. Enough space to keep separated and small enough to feel together. Plenty of parking for boat and cars and some room outside for the wonderful evening weather of Garden City.
