West Barn is a beautifully styled 3-bedroom retreat in Fakenham, sleeping up to 6 guests. Blending rustic charm with modern comfort, it features open-plan living, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, and cosy bedrooms. Guests can enjoy access to a shared indoor swimming pool, games room and private parking. Please note that the swimming pool is communal and shared with guests staying in the other eight barns. However, during your stay, you can enjoy private use of the pool (1 hour per day) by selecting your preferred time slot. Simply add your name to the whiteboard at the pool entrance to reserve your chosen time.

The three bedrooms are designed for comfort and flexibility, a double, a twin room and a bunk room, each with charming wooden furnishings and calming colour palettes. Two well-appointed bathrooms, including a family bath and walk-in shower, add convenience to your stay, while every corner of the home has been set up to make your stay easy and enjoyable.

The keys to West Barn are accessed via a key safe box. Further details will be provided prior to check-in.



Up to two small dogs are welcome to stay at West Barn per reservation. Please ensure dogs are kept on a lead in the outdoor areas around the barns, as other barn owners may not be as dog-friendly.
