The host was extremely helpful and generous and the house had everything you needed and more besides and was spotlessly clean . Parking was perfectly adequate for one car .The location was a bit of a hike to the beach but was ideal for a driving holiday.

I‘m please you enjoyed the cottage and its garden. It‘s lovely to know you have plants from the Sandringham Flower Show to take home as a keepsake. We‘re so fortunate to have such an attraction only 10 minutes away.

Beautiful comfortable cottage. A home from home . Everything we required was there. Welcome basket and eggs from their own chickens gorgeous to find on arrival. My family met at the cottage from various parts of the globe for a family wedding - the Church within walking distance.The owner incredibly helpful (above and beyond) with information and assistance. Parking on site a bonus especially with a hire car ! Wonderful location! Easy to walk to the beach , lavender farm, hotel where my parents stayed. Easy to drive to Sandringham.My family and myself all hopeful to make it back to stay and explore the Norfolk coast

Absolutely brilliant stay! Family of 4 with two little ones and we had the perfect stay at Carpenters Cottage. Really well presented and you have all you need and more. Teresa is such a helpful host too. Wonderful location to explore the coast with lots of beautiful places close by or a short drive. Shops and food places close enough as well so all on hand to do as you please for your stay. You've got space to relax and a fully equipped kitchen we really couldn't have asked for more. Would highly recommend!

We had an excellent week in this cottage. Clean and well kitted out. It's in great location, Every thing we needed in the kitchen, Tesco Express near by, Parking space and garage to keep our bicycles in. 21 minute walk to the beach, 3 minute to pub. Beautiful cottage, close to all the area has to offer

We visit Heacham and Hunstanton a lot as a family and really loved our recent stay here. Plenty of room for my family with two teenage boys. Hosts were very communicative and we felt very welcomed. Would stay here again.
