Topsail is delightful spot for your escape to Devon. Note: Property is set up a very steep hill. Note: Children must be supervised at all times due to decked balcony and terrace. Spectacular view of the river, steam trains and Britannia Royal Naval College. Area full of naval history and perfect for kayaking and yachting enthusiasts. A couple of minutes on the ferry takes you to the working steam railway. Dartmouth Castle and 16th century Bayard's Cove Fort are within easy reach. Coleton Fishacre National Trust house and gardens are also nearby as is Greenway, Agatha Christie's home. Only 5 miles from Woodlands Family Theme Park with Zoo Farm. Set on the South West Coast Path, the area is an ideal location for walkers, with Dartmoor National Park only 15 miles away. Torquay and Paignton are less than 45 minutes away.
