Situé à Via dei Servi, à quelques pas de la Piazza Duomo, G-house allie tout le confort moderne à une touche d'antiquité. Laissez-vous dorloter par une nouvelle télévision à écran plat 65 tout en marchant sur les sols en terre cuite de 500 ans.
Les 3 chambres spacieuses, le grand salon et la terrasse décorée de fresques peuvent accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 6 personnes.
Sirotez un verre de vin Chianti devant notre cheminée en pierre calcaire de 22 pieds de haut ou dßnez sur la terrasse décorée de fresques surplombant le dÎme de Brunelleschi, mais n'oubliez pas de visiter Florence: nous savons que vous ne voudrez plus jamais quitter la maison ... mais nous garantissons que ça en vaut la peine :)!

Great location close to everything in the middle of the city. The only thing that I would want to change is the 3 flights of stairs to get there.

The bathrooms were designed terribly. The dryer did not work (and was mentioned in previous reviews, so you would think they would either fix the appliance or remove it from the amenities) Poor responses from the host. The view and location were nice.

Great stay!

The property and location were great. We enjoyed Florence immensely and the location was close to restauarants, stores, and supermarkets. We could even walk from the train station (20 minute walk). I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Relaxing stay in Florence

So much space and privacy and the outdoor space was so perfect to eat and read and it had a beautiful view of the area. The apartment was perfectly stocked with dishes and coffee maker and blankets. We also enjoyed the books and games.

Great Apartment!!

The apartment was spacious! And it couldn’t have been located in a better place. It’s centrally located which makes it easier if you want to explore. The concierge was great, very helpful and suggested some great restaurants local to the area. I would come back and stay!

February in Florence

Our stay was great! The location was an incredible spot. Right in the heart of the duomo, and walking distances to many museums, restaurants and city sites! The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed and had plenty of space for us. Be prepared to walk up 4 flights of stairs, but it was a great way to get a small workout in ;). Highly recommend staying here and we look forward to coming back!

Prime location

We loved staying in the heart of Florence- right near the Duomo. The flat was very authentic and roomy for 2 couples. We loved the outside space. The only challenge was the odd steps inside the flat either up or down one room to the next. We had to pay attention but once we were used to it, you kind of forgot the issue. The manager that checked us in was super helpful! I couldn’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was!

Nice, convenient location, plenty of space, pretty views

Overall a good location that is close to many sites in Florence as well as a 15 min walk to the train station and light rail. Plenty of room for our group of 5 and the outdoor patio is nice with a views. Kitchen was well stocked; washer and dryer in unit are very helpful Very responsive on questions and check in. Would stay again next time in Florence.

Spacious and quaint apartment in great location!

Great location, lots of room and very comfortable beds! Everything was under 20 min walk. The patio was amazing and we made the most of it even with the colder weather. Had everything we needed! One downside was low water pressure in one bathroom and very tight space around the toilet in the other. But well worth it for the overall amazing space!

Location was everything!!

We loved this VRBO and highly recommend it! It has 3 bedrooms which was great, a large kitchen, a deck, 2 bathrooms and a washer and dryer which was super helpful. It was right next to the DUOMO which was fantastic and walking distance to everything. The showers were super small but I think that is a europe thing. Would definitely stay there again.

Gaia and her property manager, Nicolo, were so helpful and kind! The apartment is in an amazing location - walking distance to all the markets, delicious restaurants and nightlife filled with talented musicians. The balcony is the perfect place to enjoy the cathedral bells and breathtaking views. My family and I had a lovely time and hope to return!

What a beauty!

What a fantastic apartment! Such a cool old building with modern amenities. Close to wonderful Florence attractions & restaurants. The only down side is no elevator but we got our steps in to help burn off all the gelato😂 The property manager met us at check in & hand is some great recommendations for places to eat!

Lovely apartment in the heart Florence!

Our family of three adults stayed in this lovely apartment in November. It is centrally located, historic yet with modern amenities, clean, comfortable, and spacious. The property manager, Nicolo, met us on time and offered local recommendations for restaurants off the beaten path. We would definitely stay here again which is the best recommendation possible.

Gaia’s place was perfect for our family vacation. Centrally located, but quiet at night. Nicolo, who checked us in, was very informative and friendly. We loved the balcony and the spacious living room. The three long flights of stairs sometimes felt daunting, but we burned off those gelatos climbing them! Beds were comfortable, bathrooms nice if somewhat small. Would definitely recommend Gaia’s place!

Perfect location, beautiful apartment

Our family had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Florence. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms provided ample space for us to spread out, and we particularly enjoyed relaxing on the balcony with views of the city and Duomo. The convenient location near shops, groceries, pharmacies, and restaurants made it easy for us to access everything we wanted to see. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. Our family truly enjoyed our visit, and we appreciated the unique features and architecture of the apartment that made our stay memorable.
