The room was very clean and exactly as expected! It is spacious and even has two balcony areas! In a perfect location for delicious food and seeing the city! The concierge was very helpful and friendly! I would definitely recommend this place.

Wonderful location. Walkable to everything in Florence. Of course the stairs are rough but they make you aware before. It’s very worth it for the view and location!

Lovely place in the great location. Little bit difficult to navigate many steps to get to the room, especially if you do it with suitcases. Bed is on the second level, so to get there you’ll need to use narrow metal spiral staircase.

Once you get used to walking up about 3 stories to reach the apartment the place is a great rental. Comfortable living area, great views, balcony and balcony with outside seating. Also located in great area with plenty of restaurants and other amenities yet still close to major attractions. Would help if they had a book explaining the basics of renting the place like where to take trash and recycling, use of electric door locks and front door combination. We rented the place for 3 weeks and enjoyed our stay.

This location was amazing and the views perfect. Many many stairs but worth the climb if you are able. Could not find the dishes until the last day as they were in an unnoticeable cupboard. I suggested that hooks for towels or clothing would be nice. Otherwise no changes needed. Would definitely recommend to friends.

The apartment was wonderful. There are a lot of stairs, but you don’t get a view like that without working for it and we found it well worth the small effort.

We absolutely loved this apartment! The location was perfect. A busy piazza when you walk out the front door, but quiet and tucked away when in the apartment. The views were absolutely amazing! We loved sitting on the terrace! The loft is a super fun touch and made it quiet and experience to remember. The hosts were great to work with. The food right in our own piazza was incredible which was an added bonus! Also there is a luggage storage just down the block as well as a convenient taxi stand located very near. All that said, this may be our favorite apartment we have stayed at. It was perfect for us! I will say.....be prepared to go up a lot of steps....but it is worth every single one of them!

The views are amazing! But this apartment is a micro apartment. Flights and flights of stairs. Cramped quarters. Extremely noisy from bars in the area!! Can’t stress that enough.

The Vrbo is in the heart of Florence. It’s next to great restaurants and attractions. There are sooo many stairs to climb before getting to the apartment. Great views and hosts!

My daughter and I stayed at this apartment for four nights and really enjoyed it. The apartment has lots of character. We loved the outdoor patio and the views were amazing. As other reviews have said, there are steps to climb with your luggage, but for us the views made it worth it. The location was also really great. Just a few minutes walk to all of the sights but in a quiet area with lots of restaurants and cute shops. Check in was easy and they even allowed us to check in early as the apartment was ready. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location and views

We loved our stay and the apartment. The location within Florence and the view were spectacular.It should be noted that the MANY steep flights of stairs with luggage was difficult and no elevator was available if you are not able to climb with baggage. The front door of the building did not lock which was concerning but the amazing location was our priority and it was a perfect fit for us!!!
