This is our second time staying with Eleonora in her wonderful apartment in Florence. It is in the PERFECT location and is so warm and cozy. It feels like staying at home and that is so comforting when traveling. It is literally steps from the duomo and you cannot go wrong staying here. Eleonora is a gracious host who has the best instructions for everything in the apartment and that makes it so simple. I will stay with her again when I return to Florence. Perfect location. Perfect host. Florence may be the perfect city!

What a beautiful apartment, just steps away from the Duomo! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Florence. Eleanora met us with and shared with us everything we needed to know about the apartment, and she left a quite extensive and helpful guide, in case we had questions about ANYTHING having to do with the apartment or Florence. Additionally, this apartment is just lovely, and it feels very homey, with nice artwork, rugs, books, and Eleanora even left us with some provisions in the refrigerator to get us started on our stay. We couldn’t have been happier.

We stayed in Florence for 4 days. The apartment was perfectly located for walking to sites and restaurants. Exceptionally clean and spacious. Elenora the host was lovely and very helpful. She arranged a taxi for us to go to the airport. Also gave us suggestions for the markets and restaurants. Beautiful place! It was hot when we stayed and the air conditioning was a real treat.

Fantastic stay in an unbeatable location. The apartment sits right on Via dei Servi, in the heart of Florence — you're a two-minute walk from the Duomo and an easy stroll to the Accademia, museums, restaurants, and everything else you'd want to see. It was spotless and well-maintained throughout. The apartment was well equipped and comfortable, with a great kitchen that made it easy to eat in when we wanted, reliable Wi-Fi, and AC that kept things cool through the summer heat. The in-house laundry was a lifesaver — a huge plus when traveling with the family. The two separate bedrooms gave us room to spread out and stretch after long days of sightseeing.Check-in was smooth and easy, and our hosts were amazing — they gave us a thorough walk-through on arrival and were always available whenever we needed anything. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a central, well-appointed home base in Florence.

What a great apartment in the middle of Florence. My wife and I stayed here with our adult daughter for a week. The apartment was very comfortable and very clean. It is perfectly located to enjoy all of the sites of Florence with a well appointed kitchen for cooking at home. The owners were super helpful and responded rapidly to all of our questions. We would definitely return.
