St. George`s Bay, which is just a 10-minute walk away, is a popular spot for swimming, sunbathing, and water sports. Other nearby beaches include Balluta Bay and Sliema Beach, which are both just a short drive from the apartment.
For those looking for a bit of excitement, the bustling town of St. Julian`s is just a short walk from the apartment. St. Julian`s is known for its famous nightlife and entertainment scene, with a variety of bars, nightclubs, and casinos to choose from. For those looking for more flexibility, renting a car or scooter is a great option. There are several car and scooter rental companies located in the nearby towns of St. Julian`s and Sliema, and our apartment has plenty of on-street parking available for guests who choose to rent a car.
Very important notes before booking:
1. For over and above 3-week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB or to be paid via BANK TRANSFER, at an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)
2. We have STRICT noise policies, therefore when booking, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours and the common areas. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines and immediate vacation of the property.
3. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants and cockroaches are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed.
4. Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to availability of the day however we truly appreciate if check-in and check-out times are always respected.
5. Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date.
6. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored.
