Unique winter heated / covered pool, open skies in summer, year round fun & swim

I am sorry to read that you were not happy at our property, and had you made this known to us, we would have certainly offered you something different. There are actually 4 rooms and not 3 as described by the guest. The description of the property and the layout of the room is very well documented and so I am sorry that the guest may have read otherwise. Lounge areas (and not corridors or kitchens) are also equipped with sofabeds, and I certainly hope the guest did not confuse these with another type of room. The rooms are very well ventilated, both naturally and also with air driven ventilators where necessary, plus the guest also indicated that these receive direct sunlight from early morning, thus it is difficult to understand the humidity issue. On the contrary, most of our guests comment how fresh the apartments feel on first entry because of their location and insulation. We are located in a quiet villa area, with the only sound being the cascading waters from the pond. The guest was well aware of this but shut doors and windows would have certainly shut off any sound. Windows are also supplied with curtain and sun shields. As we are surrounded by gardens and fields, we are sometimes visited by ants in the garden areas and we cannot say that we are immune to them from finding a way into apartments. Had we been informed of any issue, we would have certainly dealt with it. Our forte remains the pool area as we consider it to be unique and glad it was liked.
