We’re sorry to hear that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. The check-in procedure is explained in detail before arrival. The requested steps are mandatory administrative requirements under Italian law. They are a straightforward process that all guests are required to complete. In the end, it simply involves providing your personal details and a valid ID document. Regarding the bed, we are unsure what you are referring to, as no broken bed was reported during your stay or found after your departure. Our check-out requests were simply to dispose of your rubbish, switch off lights and electrical appliances, and leave the used towels together. These are common requests in many Italian holiday rentals. As for the kitchen, while compact, it is fully equipped and was part of a 110 m² apartment, which we believe offers a comfortable stay, especially for a two-night visit. Finally, we had clearly informed you, both verbally and in writing, not to turn the entrance door handle because it was delicate. Unfortunately, we found it broken after your departure. Despite this, we chose not to charge you or raise the issue. Considering all of the above, we believe your rating does not fairly reflect your overall stay. Best regards.
