La maison de vacances Neverending Sea est située au cinquième étage (avec ascenseur) d'un élégant immeuble dans le centre de Salerne, avec un grand balcon donnant sur la mer.
De là, vous pouvez facilement rejoindre à pied les plus belles plages de la ville, le plat principal, les restaurants typiques de Salerne et les rues commerçantes.
L'emplacement est stratégique pour visiter toute la Campanie parce que l'appartement est à seulement 15 minutes à pied de la marina (où sont les ferries pour la côte amalfitaine) et de la gare (d'où vous pouvez facilement rejoindre Pompéi, Naples, Ercolano) et Paestum).
Parking gratuit sur la route en dessous de la maison.
Pendant la période de Noël, le bâtiment est immergé dans la magie de Luci d'Artista.

Ce qui rend cette maison de vacances spéciale est le grand balcon avec vue sur la mer où vous pourrez apprécier les parfums et les couleurs du Sud.

Enfin, l'emplacement est parfait, même pour les amateurs de sport. En fait, juste 1 minute, il y a:

- une belle structure de courts de tennis, construite sur une terrasse surplombant la mer et entourée d'un beau jardin;

- une patinoire avec une patinoire de 115 mètres de long et 9 de large qui se développe autour d'un terrain de hockey réglementaire;

- un front de mer avec vue sur la côte amalfitaine où vous pourrez faire du jogging.

Pour les enfants seulement 1 minute à pied est disponible une aire de jeux avec divers manèges et train électrique.

Le prix n'inclut pas la taxe de séjour pour un maximum de 7 nuits consécutives:
- 1,50 € par nuit et par personne en octobre, novembre, décembre et janvier;
- 1,00 € par nuit et par personne pour tous les autres mois.

Les enfants de moins de 12 ans ne paient pas la taxe de séjour.

Pasquales apartment has an elevator and is located in a good area. It is clean and nicely furnished with a comfortable bed. He was very helpful and quick to respond to messages. We would stay there again.

Pasquale and his apartment are absolutely wonderful! He was very easy to communicate with, gave us wonderful recommendations and help and made us feel right at home for our stay. The apartment is well appointed and had plenty of space for our family of 4 (2 adults/2 teens). It’s located in a safe area that’s easily accessible to the water, ports, restaurants, shops and the train station. If you have the opportunity to visit the beautiful town of Salerno, I highly recommend this host and his apartment! Grazie Mille Pasquale! We hope to be back soon!

Pasquale was a huge help for our 5 days in Campania. The apartment was an excellent home base for Naples, Pompeii and Capri. Close to train and ferry stations, a lovely balcony to enjoy the sunset. We consider Pasquale a family friend now.

He greeted us at checkin & checkout. Provided maps & ferry schedule which were a tremendous help for our day tour of the Amalfi coast.Would stay here again.

Perfect spot for our family of 4 (2 adult children) to stay in Salerno. A lovely, convenient neighborhood with a well-equipped grocery store down the street. The apartment is very spacious, has two long balconies and is well located one block from the ocean and a beautiful stroll to the train station and a little farther to the historic centre. We were happy to walk everywhere and never needed a taxi. Pasquale is a super attentive host, checking in with us before, during and after our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and more. He gave us great recommendations on local restaurants and plenty of activities. If you are looking for a quiet getaway in lovely Salerno, with easy access to Amalfi, Capri, Positano and Pompeii, this is ideal.

We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. The apt. is spotless, roomy, nice, and well equipped. On check-in, our host, Pasquale, spent over an hour with us orienting us to Salerno and environs - restaurants, ferry schedules, grocery stores, then checked on us multiple times during the stay, and booked our taxi to the train station at the end. He couldn't have been more helpful. The apt location is a 15 minute walk either down the seafront or a parallel street to the train station/shopping district/ferry terminal. There's plenty to do in and around Salerno, a nice town itself, - we ferried to Amalfi/Positano, we trained to Paestum, Pompeii, and Naples - all 45 minutes or less.

We had a wonderful stay at Pasquale’s apartment in Salerno! The location is convenient and the apartment is comfortable. Best of all, Pasquale had excellent recommendations for restaurants and things to do around Salerno. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by Pasquale, who immediately helped us find a parking spot. The building was beautiful and very clean, and the neighborhood felt extremely safe.The apartment was perfect for us — spacious, immaculately maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need to prepare meals. We were also pleasantly surprised to find a lovely bottle of Prosecco waiting for us in the refrigerator, which we thoroughly enjoyed.The bed was very comfortable, and we especially appreciated the air conditioning before bedtime. One of our favorite parts of the stay was relaxing on the balcony in the mornings and evenings after spending our days exploring Salerno, Amalfi, and Ravello.Pasquale was an exceptional host — kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful. He provided maps, local tips, and wonderful recommendations for places to visit and things to do. Book this hidden gem if you're able! The apartment was beautifully maintained and the owner could not have been more helpfull advising us how to navigate the area transportation. His restaurant recommendations were spot on and touched base with us regularly to make sure we were doing well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this large, clean, comfortable apartment. Lovely view from the balcony, easy walking to local restaurants and to the historic center, where we loved the Luci d'Artista festivities. I have never had a VRBO host as attentive and helpful as Pasquale! From restaurant and outing recommendations to taxi reservations, he did more than many hotel concierges. And the recommendations were excellent. All I can say is, just do whatever Pasquale says and you will have a wonderful vacation!

This property was one of our top VRBO rentals. The property description was absolutely accurate. In fact there are beautiful architectural details like to custom doors and framing done by our hosts father that were beautiful. The location is fantastic and within walking distance to most of Salernos attractions, dining and very close to the beach. The property was immaculately clean and the bed was very comfortable. It is a spacious unit that would work great for a family. Pasquale was a very attentive host and provided great recommendations for any activity you would like to participate in while in Salerno or up on the Amalfi coast. He personally met us at the unit and walked us through the use of all the amenities of the house which was very helpful. He was available to us through our entire stay and quickly responded to our every inquiry. I don’t think you could fine a better host or accommodation in Salerno. 5 stars all the way!

The location of the property allowed us to walk to the harbor for excursions as well as to the bus and train terminals. The host, Pasquale ,greeted us upon arrival and was available with advice and assistance, including ordering us taxis when needed, the entire time. Communication leading up to our stay was great. Pasquale greeted us upon arrival and gave great recommendations for both restaurants and things to do! The apartment was impeccably clean and comfortable! Convenient 5 minute walk to both private and public beaches. We walked multiple times to the ferry and enjoyed seeing different cities! We would not hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Salerno!!

Great host -great apartment

We stayed here for 7 weeks. The apartment was just as described. It was very clean and comfortable. Pasquale is a very good host and went out of his way to make sure everything was fine. The location is an easy walk to the train station, ferry, and bus stop. It was also close to restaurants, a grocery store, outdoor market, and bakeries. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything about this apartment was great. Spacious, clean, beautiful view of the sea and excellent proximity to transportation and restaurants. We loved Salerno. Family weekend to the Amalfi Coast

Our stay in Salerno was amazing! Pasquale was a fabulous host, he met us to check in, showed us all of the in’s and out’s of the property. Gave great meal & activity recommendations (take his advice on the pasta restaurant - you won’t regret it!). The location was great, with sea views come the deck(which is why I chose the property). We had our two 21 year old sons with us, so a family of 4 adults and the apartment was perfectly sized for us. You will not regret a stay at this holiday home!
