This charming 30mÂČ apartment is ideally located near some of the city's top attractions, as well as shops, supermarkets, and a wide variety of restaurants offering diverse culinary experiences.
The living area is designed for comfort, featuring a cosy sofa to relax on, a TV to enjoy your favourite shows, and a dining table for shared meals. Large windows flood the space with natural light, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere.
You'll also find a well-equipped kitchenette with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and all the essential cookware and utensils.
The apartment offers two bedrooms, each with a double bed, hangers for your belongings, and hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful nightâs sleep.
The bathroom is stocked with all the essentials to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
For your comfort, the space is professionally cleaned before each stay.
While the apartment is located on the ground floor, please note that a few steps are required to reach the entrance.
Please note: there are several steps inside the apartment complex, after entering through the main gate.

The property sits in Lisbonâs historic Santo EstĂȘvĂŁo area within the parish of Santa Maria Maior, in the heart of Alfama. This tiny dead-end passage is part of one of Lisbonâs oldest neighbourhoods and traces its origins to the 16th century, deriving from the former Beco dos RemĂ©dios near the Chapel of Nossa Senhora dos RemĂ©dios.
The location offers excellent public transport access. Nearby stops include Rua dos Remédios, Cais da Lingueta, Santa Apolónia station, Mercado de Santa Clara and Lisbon Cruise Terminal.
Within a few minutes walk, you will find cultural landmarks and local eateries. Highlights include the Igreja de São Vicente de Fora, the imposing Miradouro de Santa Clara and the historic Feira da Ladra at Campo de Santa Clara. Traditional fado venues and small restaurants along Rua dos Remédios, such as A Viela do Fado and Tasca do Chico, offer an authentic Lisbon dining experience.
Local conveniences include small grocery shops, a mini market and bakeries situated on nearby streets like Escadinhas dos Remédios and Rua dos Remédios.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest metro station, Santa ApolĂłnia, is just a 4-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is an 18-minute drive from the property.
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a âŹ200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80âŹ.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20⏠(extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30⏠(Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
