This fantastic apartment full of light has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds, one bathroom with shower and one toilet, and a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchenette and dining table.

The location was very good, just behind pink street. Even though this is a lively area at night, the apartment was very quiet. The apartment was very spacious, and it had all of the amenities. We had no hot water at one point, so I contacted the host and they were very quick with their response and the problem was fixed. There were quite a few flies in apartment when we arrived, likely from the previous renters opening the windows. Everything else was good! Would recommend if you’d like to stay close to the water and a lively area. This is very close to the metro station, trams and buses. Many bikes and scooters were available for rental nearby.

The property is spacious and aesthetically pleasing. The apartment was clean and comfortable with plenty of bed pillows, towels and kitchen utensils. The AC worked exceptionally well. The location is in an ideal location for people who want to be near nightlife and restaurants and within easy walking distance of the river and public transportation to other neighborhoods. The only caution I have is that nightlife is happening in the area in at least 1 am. Bring ear plugs. I also recommend that if the property managers provide oscillating fans for the white noise it would cut down on the noise disturbance.

We had a fantastic stay! The location is fabulous, offering immediate access to all public transport options, which made exploring the city incredibly easy. The property itself is wonderful—it is spacious, perfectly clean, and looks exactly as shown in the pictures. We, as a family of four adults, found it ideal. However, I would offer a caution for those traveling with a younger family: due to the property's very close proximity to the Pink Street area, please be aware that it is noisy at night and tends to attract some unsavoury characters.

Spacious and conveniently located within walking distance to Time Out Market, Pink Street, bakery, restaurants and grocery store. Easy to take Uber to any other location in the city. Appreciated the elevator to the 3rd floor. Beds are very comfortable and the AC keeps the place cool. Stayed there for 9 nights. We were disappointed that it didn’t live up to motto “Feels Like Home.” Things that could make the stay more comfortable and make it feel like home were missing. For example, it wasn’t as clean as it should have been. Floors were dirty. (We contacted the owner and they made arrangements for the cleaning service that very day to mop floors.) However, the dirty rugs in entryway and living room were not vacuumed. Rugs in bathroom full of dirt and hair (they need to be replaced.)If you were only staying a few days, the tiny bar of soap in bathroom and tiny dishwashing liquid would suffice. But we were there for over a week, therefore we had to purchase our own supplies. There was a toilet brush, but no cleaning fluid; a dishwasher, but no soap to use in it; washing machine, but no detergent. Only one tiny bar of soap in bathroom. Thankfully there were a couple of rolls of toilet paper. Suggestion: Would be helpful to have instructions (manuals) on how to use all the appliances (washer, dishwasher, stove and oven) in a variety of languages. All the above improvements would have made it feel like home, because we supply these things for our guests.

Host was rude when asked if they had masterkeys for the place because his door locked with keys in it on the other side. Terrible design. Nowhere in the world does a door lock with keys in the knob on the inside. Then he tried to say it will cost a locksmith to come over. I find it odd that a landlord doesn't have a master key. Just trying to get more money. The place was nicely located but the check out experience ruined it. The laundry was terrible too. No soap provided. There is NO dryer so you have to open a window and put it on a drying rack. Very inconvenient. Not the safest place at night. I witnessed alot of shady people below selling substances . But located centrally, so convenient.

Amazing location for all of the best restaurants in Lisbon

We loved our Lisbon VRBO and we’re almost sad to leave after 2 weeks. We were traveling with 2 young kids so the layout was perfect with large open kitchen/living room and a hallway with the bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. Property has nice upgrades and AC in each room! Beware there are many bars and restaurants below so it can get quite noisy. However, the the windows are modern and get out majority of the noise.

Beautiful property, fabulous location!

This property exceeded my expectations in decor and location. It is an upscale property with very stylish and comfortable furnishings. I do wish there were better amenities (bathroom and kitchen essentials etc). What was provided did not match the quality of the rental. This is a nit however… I loved this property and would not hesitate to return. (I’ll make sure to pack my own shampoo/conditioner/shower gel.. and bring coffee/sugar/creamer for the stay!

Great apartment near Market

This apartment was clean and comfortable and close the market. We had everything we needed. The check in process is tricky as the office is a couple miles away and we were traveling with luggage and had to hire an Uber. Also the designation of the room was tricky as well because there are no room numbers. It’s probably only an issue for foreigners. Also, the apartment is in a party district so there is a busy nightlife. We really enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our 3 day stay. Near pink street n time out. The place is clean. Huge ceilings. Complete furnished. Only at least u should put a sponge to clean the utensils plate etc. n some paper towels. Over all we r satisfied. Also got a hard time going to the office to pick up the key. It would b better if there is someone to give the key or a near place to pick up key. Cuz it’s difficult when u came fr the airport n so tired n u have to find the office.

Pros: We liked the great location, small view of the water, elevator, and the large open space to see the skyline. We were very close to the metro, trains, and trams, and it was easy to walk into town. Everything was clean and the beds were firm but comfortable. The washing machine was supplied with a box of laundry tablets, which was helpful for our stay. You can use the drying rack (no dryer).Cons: We stayed 4 nights with 4 people. As the other reviews mentioned, there are only a few shampoo packets provided for your stay, so bring your own shower supplies. We were only given minimal cleaning items (only one dishwasher tab and no extra garbage bags) so it is difficult to keep the kitchen clean. I don’t know why they don’t give more cleaning supplies. There were zero cooking basics (no salt, oil, pepper or even a bit of tea/coffee) so bring your own. No numbers/labels on the apartment door so it was tricky to figure out which one it was at check in - this could be an easy fix with better communication or a door number. A few maintenance items: Several outlets were not working, and the bathroom sink was very slow to drain. Of note: You are three floors up but there is still a lot of noise at night from the bars (even during the Christmas holidays) so I recommend earplugs and a white noise app if you are a light sleeper. The building is across from two different buildings that are under construction. One of them was actively hammering in the day but the noise was minimal.

Very disorganized company.

We arrived in the afternoon around 3:00 PM the surroundings of the apartment are not safe, we called the office which manages this apartment because we had no code to enter the building. We were with two children, and the person who answered the phone wrongly stated that he sent the access instructions, and everything was paid, we reconfirmed with the property management company agent that they had our correct email address we rechecked our email several times and we had no access instructions at all. After a long argument and threatening to call the police somebody provided the access code and told us that we needed to pick up the apartment keys at the property management office, this is insane, we paid for the apartment, apartment management company didn't provide clear instructions to access the property, and then we had to pay a taxi to collect the apartment key at a different location. Fortunately, we arrived when there was still sunlight, I can't imagine this place at night, be careful if you arrive late at night, nobody will help you, a lot of drunk people and drug users around this building.
