Wonderful quiet flat in very central location. Exactly as pictured. Comfortable bed and all the amenities. Would stay again! Loved it. Added bonus of welcoming lemonade and baked goods.

there were 3 flights of stairs with no elevator and very curvy and poor lighting. carrying bags 3 flight of stairs was not acceptable and no mention of that on the website. The hallway leading to the stairs was deplorable and smelled and paint was chipping everywhere and and it was damp and musty..same with the 3 flight of stairs.

The apartment was in the best location with a fabulous view. It was clean and tidy and easy to be there. It was also quiet which was great. However, it was on the third floor with 61 steps and no lift so lugging suitcases is not ideal. The stairs to the apartment were also dirty and smelt.

Overall the unit itself is comfortable. However please note it is up 3 flights of narrow winding stairs. The apt is on the top floor and yes has a pretty view of the castle, especially at nite. However as you enter through the door from the street the hallway reeks of urine, and stairways often have trash and cigarette butts littered. We passed through this several times a day and it really became unpleasant. I did contact the management and they were apologetic and stated they only have control of their apt, which I understand. I sent them pictures as they requested. After going up and down throughout the week, I would never book here again. The stay was not worth the filth we encountered. Perhaps if the lock on the front door to the complex was not broken it would have been a more secure building, keeping out passersbyers who used the long hallway as a toilet! It appears it has been left open for a long time.

I was waiting for instructions on how to enter the property only to find out I had to go through a security screening. Nowhere was this mentioned to me prior to the day of arrival. In fact, the only way I found out was when I messaged the host.The location is not suitable for elderly people or people with bad legs as it is a climb to get up the 61 spiral stairs. The property details do mention no lift, but it's at the end and not noticeable. I opened a packet of soap and it was so old that it crumbled into pieces. I went to use the hair dryer and it was so sticky that I didn't want to touch it.The instruction booklet was so out of date, that I had to message the host multiple times to turn up the heat, to get departure instructions and more.
