Great location - near the train station and the Royal Mile and walkable to Arthur’s Seat and Stockbridge. The place was surprisingly spacious and beds were very comfy. I recommend and would stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay - the location is excellent, and the host was extremely responsive in our communications. The water pressure for the showers was great. Towels and linens were all soft. The kitchen had all of the essentials. Definitely recommend!

Amazing location!

We stopped in Edinburgh for 3 days with our son who was studying abroad. This place was perfect, very clean and modern. Beds were very comfortable after full days of walking. Would definitely stay there again!

The Laboratory Store was a fantastic option for a quick 2 night stay in Edinburgh. The location was an easy walk with my older parents from the train station with our luggage, and the perfect hub to explore the Royal Mile area. Easily walkable to the castle, the palace, great restaurants annd bars, and everything in between. The unit was clean, well decorated, and stocked with everything you need.Would definitely stay here again!

Great location, fair price pretty well clean, don’t look under the beds. Had a difficult time getting pass code before arriving. On call staff in Edinburgh was great. Booked an extra night approved weeks before trip. Was locked out of apartment last night. Again on call staff great. Back office processes need attention.
