Every corner of the villa is thoughtfully curated with luxurious, high-end designer decor by GERVASONI and PAOLA LENTI, blending contemporary elegance with bespoke artistic details.


My Cave Blue is situated on the ground floor of a two-storey building, with the owner residing on the upper level. The property is fully detached, with no internal connection between the two floors. Each level has its own private entrance, ensuring complete independence. The owners are discreet and respectful, allowing you to enjoy a truly undisturbed stay.


Floor heating ensures year-round comfort, while the breathtaking sea views create an atmosphere of pure relaxation and indulgence.


Layout
Step inside to a sunlit, open-plan living and kitchen area that flows directly to the pool. The living room features a 50" Samsung TV, a Marshall speaker, and a comfortable sofa. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, a wine cooler, and everything needed for a stress-free, self-catered holiday, complemented by a dining table for four.


Bedroom One: Queen-size PAOLA LENT bed (1.60 x 2.00m), ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, walk-in closet, and LG washer & dryer for convenience.


Bedroom Two: Queen-size GERVASONI bed (1.60 x 2.00m), ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, a sofa bed (0.85 x 2.00m) for a fifth guest, and a 43" LG Smart TV.


Both bedrooms are adorned with KORRES luxury amenities and plush bathrobes, creating a true spa-at-home experience. Every detail, from roller blinds and mosquito nets to safe deposit boxes, ensures comfort and peace of mind.


Outdoor Area
The 22 sq m pool (1.20 m depth) comes with panoramic views of the sea and the surrounding landscape. This area also features Paola Lenti pouf loungers, sunbeds, a shaded pergola, and an outdoor shower. The villa offers private on-site parking for one car, with additional street parking nearby.


-Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
