Wonderful place to relax as you enjoy all the charm of Little Washington. Nicely decorated to match the Harbor District. All the amenities as if you were home. Comfy beds and furniture. The back deck was a great bonus. So much to do in the area and this Inn is right in the middle of it all the charm. Hostess was very friendly and respectful of privacy. The apartments have 20 steps to climb so if any physical limitations you have the option of staying in one of their other beautiful rooms at the Inn. If we ever get to travel to this beautiful town, we would definitely book here again!!

Always exceeds expectations!

Our travel took us to downtown Washington NC for an event at Turnage theater. The loft is an ideal location perfect to everything in the historical downtown Washington area.

We were in town for a family birthday gathering. This is our 4th stay in the former Apartments on Main and as usual we were thrilled with our accommodations. The location is perfect and the apartment is always ready for us. Comfortable and nicely appointed with all amenities.

'little' Washington NC

Doorsteps to a quaint downtown and riverwalk . Eateries , breweries , distillaries and ICE CREAM ! The apartment sits one story above Main St. but is quiet and has windows providing alot of natural light. This was a return stay , we enjoyed it so much last year.

Interaction with Felicia and family

I had an absolutely amazing stay in Lil Washington, my hometown where I hadn't stayed in over 30 years. I was pleasantly surprised by the incredible location and amenities that were offered. The space was incredibly comfortable, with a cozy bed and an unbeatable ambiance. This place is an absolute hidden gem, and although I was initially hesitant to book here since my spouse prefers staying at the local Fairfield Inn, her reaction upon arrival was a complete game-changer. She was absolutely blown away by the meticulous attention to detail in the apartment and was convinced that this would be our regular go-to spot whenever we visit Lil Washington. Felicia was an incredible person, and her communication was nothing short of perfection. She even stopped by to welcome us and share some fascinating history about the location we were staying in. As a history buff myself, I really appreciated the additional knowledge. Lastly, the coffee shop on the premises was the icing on the cake, offering fresh and delicious coffee that was simply out of this world. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Felicia and her family for an absolutely incredible stay and I can't wait to come back soon.

Great location in historic downtown Washington NC

This loft was very tastefully decorated and clean. The location of being in the heart of the historic district made it great for things to do such as historical walking tour, restaurans, museum tours, options on the waterfront and overall the beautiful things Washington now has to offer. The loft had a rooftop deck which we enjoyed in the afternoons! Would definitely stay here again.

We went to look at a boat for sale. This apartment was on Main St. Convenient location near shops & restaurants. The waterfront was for us a nice spot for walking. Recommend this property!

Downtown Washington oasis

This VRBO property is in a great downtown area on Main Street, within steps of the best restaurants in the area. Washington is a charming riverfront community with many friendly people as well as beautiful views of the river. The apartment was well appointed, clean, and comfortable. We hope to return in the near future.

This was perfect for my family to stay for a week during my father’s passing. It was clean, comfortable and we felt home away from home. Great location to everywhere.
