It was a great place to stay. Our entire family was able to join us and there was plenty of room(5 adults 2 children-1 was a baby). Easy check in and checkout. This was the 2nd time we stayed there.

We really enjoyed our week here. The house has comfy beds, great showers and is well stocked. We had fun fishing, swimming, watching some beautiful sunsets, and visiting downtown Washington for dinners and ice cream at Scoops. Our host was very nice and communication was easy. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location and beautiful river and sunset views. Internet service was a little glitchy, unable to watch TV at times. Slight hiccup with the check in process took a couple of phone calls to resolve. Grill desperately needed to be cleaned out, we ended up doing that ourselves for fear of fire. Overall, house was very spacious and well stocked. Great space underneath for family gatherings!

Perfect Christmas vacation!

We loved this house. It was private and peaceful, and we really enjoyed the sun setting over the water every night. The appliances worked well, almost everything we needed was stocked as far as toiletries, laundry detergent, etc., and we appreciated the traditional drip coffee pot! We'd definitely come back to stay here!

Love this Lakeview

Perfect place for relaxing and watching the sunrise and sunset! Quiet, peaceful. Our granddaughters ( 3 and 7) visited and safe location for them to ride their scooters, walk the dock, and swing on the double swing. Great WiFi connection, kitchen well stocked for cooking. Great water pressure, jacuzzi tub in master bathroom, we will return!

Everything went great. House is well supplied and very clean. We were never able to locate an outside trash receptacle. But we had the house next door rented as well. So we were able to put our trash there.

Private, peaceful and well equipped.

Our family stayed here for four days and three nights to attend a wedding. The house had everything that we needed and was as advertised. The HVAC system worked well. The rooms were very nice. Being on the river gave spectacular views of the sunset every day. Sunrise was also beautiful. The home has many places to sit outside to enjoy the outdoors. It was the perfect place for us.

We loved our stay, the owners and house host were warm and welcoming.I was able to talk to the owners on Saturday morning of or stay and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. They were a phone call or text away if we had any questions. The house views are so beautiful, my favorite spot was in the porch swing! The house was clean and spacious, looking forward to returning to this location to make more memories with our friends/family in Little Washington! Definitely a wonderful experience!

The host was very helpful. But some things need attention in the house. There is not enough silverware Not good baking dishes for casseroles etc Need better instructions about the gym code and trash takeout so we don’t have to contact the host
