Profitez de l'écoute des merles à ailes rouges et de regarder le balbuzard pêcheur déjeuner, tout en vous allongeant sur le patio sur une chaise Adirondack. Ce condo de deux chambres / deux salles de bain, récemment décoré et meublé est tout au sujet de l'emplacement! À quelques pas de la porte, vous pouvez marcher sur le chemin à travers la réserve d'oiseaux adjacente. Mettez une chaise de plage Tommy Bahama sur votre dos et promenez-vous deux minutes sur le chemin pour profiter du lac Okanagan, ou continuez à marcher et profitez de la promenade au bord du lac, passez devant le yacht club jusqu'au centre-ville et City Park. Pas besoin de voiture, car les cafés, restaurants et divertissements sont tous à proximité.

Une disposition ouverte donne une sensation expansive à ce grand condo de plus de 1100 pieds carrés. De nouveaux appareils électroménagers, une cuisine bien équipée et un barbecue sur la terrasse permettent de manger sur place. Le soleil du matin sur le grand patio de la chambre principale est une invitation à s'asseoir et à déguster du café et un journal, tandis que le deuxième patio du salon est baigné de soleil plus tard dans la journée.

En tant qu'invité dans le complexe au bord du lac Discovery Bay, vous pourrez profiter des piscines intérieure et extérieure et des bains à remous, du hammam, du centre de remise en forme, du billard et de la table de ping-pong. Il y a aussi un espace barbecue commun, qui a une vue spectaculaire sur le lac. Venez vous détendre sur le lac à Discovery Bay et amusez-vous à explorer à Kelowna!

Location, location, location! Within walking distance to hiking, the beach, restaurants, breweries and shopping. Short drive to so many great wineries. Skiing at Big White is only an hour away and the highway is well maintained. Condo was nice and spacious, had everything needed for a long term stay, comfy beds, towels, kitchen very well equipped. The condo hot tub, pool and games room was a bonus and we used it often, never crowded.Marcia was a wonderful host, quick to respond to any inquiries we had.

Awesome stay

The property is very nice. It's the best vacation rental that I have been in. The place was very clean and the kitchen was very well stocked, we cooked dinner a few nights and it had everything we needed. The location is minutes away from the beach and walking distance to many restaurants.

Great location

A wonderful, clean, well appointed and quiet space right in the heart of downtown waterfront. Just a short walk along a boardwalk into town and steps from a lovely sandy beach. A good choice if you are wanting a convenient getaway.

Great Location

This location couldn't be more perfect. Not only is there great facilities available, it is also a short walk from many of the city's best attractions and restaurants. It is just the right distance away from the busy city center such that the evenings are quiet.

August Trip

This is a great place. It's super clean and has everything you need including a kitchen stocked with whatever you need to cook at home. We enjoyed the location because it is a quick walk to the crazy parts of downtown but is far enough away to be quiet.

Wonderful stay & great location!

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. Being on the ground level worked out great for us. Having use of the bbq, beach chairs and soft huge beach towels were a bonus! You are very close to the beach, and a short distance to walk to the downtown area. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook your own meals. We highly recommend this place and we hope to stay here again in the future:)

Family Trip for Reunion

We travelled to Kelowna for a family reunion and our little family stayed at this condo. It was such a wonderful experience from start to finish. Heather made check in and check out clear and simple and was very flexible with our arrival and departure times. The accommodations were perfect for our family of four and the location was even better. With our two small ones, they could easily walk to the lake to enjoy the beach and there was also a pool onsite to enjoy. The kitchen was organized and stocked with all the implements needed to cook anything, easy access to parking (with a truck, it was tight but we managed), and a very safe and clean location. Would definitely recommend for other families with little ones that visit.

Communication was great, the property manager reached out a couple of weeks in advance and sent detailed instructions. We were met at the condo and shown around. Unloading the vehicle was easy as the property is right at the end of the building. The parking garage is on the same level too. The condo was clean, spacious and well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed and even beach chairs and beach towels were provided. The location is perfect and easily walkable. Grocery stores are a short drive away, the condo has reusable bags. The kids enjoyed the pools and games room. Overall, it was the perfect spot to enjoy Kelowna. If we go back, this would be our first choice for accommodation.

This north-facing ground floor unit was perfect for us. We enjoyed listening to the birds in the morning and watching people using the pathways in the Rotary Marsh Park, while sitting on the red Adirondack chairs on the patio. The apartment itself was clean, nicely designed and well-appointed. Beds were comfortable and we appreciated the dishwasher and washer dryer. The third floor outdoor amenities were easily accessed via elevator and we really enjoyed the pool and outdoor seating areas. Indoor parking was easy too. And the location was wonderful -- steps from Tugboat Beach and the waterfront walkway, plus many restaurants and services about a block away. We hope to be back!

Great place, close to everything

The photos are accurate: this place was very clean, the beds were comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked with pots, dishes and utensils. Excellent condo overall. The location is close to the beach, restaurants and bars, as well as walking paths and bike rentals. We went hiking up Knox Mountain and it was awesome! We would gladly book again, the host is awesome and the place was perfect. Thank you.

Beating the heat wave in AC

We had a great experience at Marcia’s condo. The patio was shaded most of the day so we sat out there quite a bit and watched all the people entering the beach pathway. We were very happy the AC was working as we spent more time in the condo than expected to get a break from the heat.

We have been vacationing around Kelowna for years and have often entertained the idea of owning property here. In the spring of 2017, we found this location and purchased. We love the walkable location of the condo. The bird sanctuary, beach, boardwalk, and downtown are just a few steps out the door. Having the pools, hot tubs, and gym on location is also a great bonus. We hope you love this condo and location as much as we do!
