Freshly refurbished this year with comfort and thoughtful design in mind, this spacious, fully furnished four-bedroom apartment in a private EC1 square offers a stylish and practical stay in the heart of London.

Situated 15-minutes walking from Farringdon, Angel, Old Street and Barbican stations, the apartment offers extensive connections in and around London, including surrounding airports. Every detail has been carefully considered to create a calm, welcoming space suited to both short visits and longer stays.

All bedrooms are generously sized, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind. The open-plan kitchen and living area creates a bright, modern atmosphere, ideal for socialising or working from home. Large windows throughout the property flood the space with natural light, enhancing the airy feel.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all essential appliances, whether you are preparing a quick breakfast, cooking a full dinner or baking during an extended stay. Guests will also benefit from one full bathroom and a separate, newly renovated WC.

Great place to stay in London! The main attractions are easily accessible with the bus stop close to the house. There's a kids park right next to the apartment and restaurants. The communication with the host was easy. I would stay there again!

Mya’s flat is very well connected, with bus stops in all directions. The flat is lovingly furnished and clean, and has everything you need to feel at home.Communicating with Mya was a pleasureall our questions were answered very quickly. Fantastic communication with the host, which is the most important for me. Mya was great to speak to and super helpful, responded very quickly. The apartment is very spacious, it is a true 4 bedroom and great for families staying in London. One thing to note is that it is an old building (so no air conditioning like most of London), and the bathroom is dated and the immediate area around the building square is not particularly clean. That being said, we did meet a neighbor in the building and he was super friendly and nice and we did not have any issues at all. Overall, a great stay.

This property was honestly amazing. It has clearly been upgraded recently and looks ten times better than the photos. There’s a brand new couch and dining table, new beds, new furniture and decor throughout, and you can really feel the effort that’s gone into making the space stylish and comfortable. One of the toilets has also been fully refurbished which was a great touch.All of the rooms are really large, which made such a difference for us as a family. It never felt cramped and there was plenty of space to relax.The location is perfect for getting around Central London, with great transport links nearby. The neighbourhood itself is so trendy and vibrant, full of lovely cafes, studios and boutique shops. It felt safe, lively and had such a good atmosphere.It was the perfect place for me and my family to stay while enjoying London. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Questa proprietà è stata davvero fantastica. Era molto pulita e dispone di tutto il necessario per godersi un soggiorno a breve termine a Londra. La cucina era ben attrezzata e aveva tutto il necessario, inclusi elettrodomestici, tostapane, piatti e tutto ciò di cui si può avere bisogno durante il soggiorno. L’appartamento era spazioso, luminoso e rendeva facile spostarsi nelle diverse zone di London. Un punto forte per me sono stati sicuramente i letti: erano estremamente comodi. Anche gli host sono stati molto disponibili e reattivi. Ci tornerei sicuramente.

The apartment is located in a charming private square in the heart of EC1, with everyday conveniences right on your doorstep. Within the square itself you will find a hairdresser, a restaurant and a local off-licence just downstairs, making quick errands effortless.

The surrounding streets are lively yet residential, filled with independent cafés, restaurants, bakeries and useful amenities such as laundrettes and small convenience stores. Everything you need is within easy walking distance.

Within a 10 to 20 minute walk, you can reach Shoreditch, one of London’s most vibrant and creative neighbourhoods, known for its energy, food scene and nightlife. The area is also well connected to the rest of central London, placing you close to many of the city’s most popular attractions.

Despite its central location and steady flow of visitors, the neighbourhood feels safe and welcoming. Guests consistently comment on how comfortable they feel staying here.
