Propriété au bord du lac paisible sur une crique tranquille. Animaux négociables.

Cette maison calme et relaxante est situĂ©e sur le lac Mayo. Un quai flottant qui est parfait pour ceux qui veulent apporter leur bateau et notre maison du lac est proche du lancement public au Mayo Lake Park. Pratique pour Roxboro et de nombreuses options de shopping, ainsi que des restaurants, une salle de cinĂ©ma et un bowling. Un espace bonus en bas avec une salle de jeux, parfait pour les enfants et les jeunes de cƓur! La salle de jeux comprend une table de ping-pong / billard combinĂ©e, un baby-foot et un jeu de flĂ©chettes. Il y a aussi une troisiĂšme salle de bain complĂšte et un futon pour dormir en bas pour plus d'espace si nĂ©cessaire. Excellente pĂȘche au large du quai ou utilisez l'un des deux kayaks ou le canot disponible pour explorer et pĂȘcher. Le pont surplombe le lac et un terrain boisĂ© avec foyer. Un grill est situĂ© sur le pont pour des rĂ©unions parfaites en soirĂ©e. Une cuisine bien approvisionnĂ©e, prĂȘte pour les nuits ou les prises fraĂźches du jour. Le lac Mayo est calme et parfait pour la famille ou le groupe Ă  la recherche d'un endroit pour se dĂ©brancher et se dĂ©tendre ensemble. Les animaux sont nĂ©gociables avec supplĂ©ment. La nature et la faune abondent Ă  Heron's Landing. Il est temps de commencer Ă  emballer pour une visite!

Very relaxing!

This is our second stay at this location, but probably not our last! The house has a perfect lake front lot, allowing us to fish and kayak every day. The weather was wonderful, but even if it hadn't been, we were close enough to town to find things to do. We enjoyed the pool table and watching movies in the evenings.

Lovely family getaway

This was a great spot for our family. Such a nice, quiet place on the lake; we enjoyed the kayaks and canoe with our family, and the game room was a ton of family fun. Marilyn was so great to work with. We will definitely be back to this spot!

Great Spot

Very relaxing place to get away and just hang out with family. Game room provided hours of fun when we were not on the dock fishing or boating on the lake. We only left to hit the store for food. Great Place!!!!

We had wonderful time!

The actual house was even better than in the pictures. It was well-equipped; we had everything we needed. Even on a rainy day, we found ways to enjoy ourselves with the games provided by the owner (and our own too). The property is very private, and having direct access to the lake is excellent!

Comfortable holiday respite!

This was our home base for our holiday family visit. Perfect size and amenities to allow us to relax and get away. The nationwide E911 Centurylink outage crashed the internet/TV service but owners, Marilyn and Mike were extremely responsive in helping us get back up and running. Great property!

Another Excellent Visit

With the oppressive heat, it was nice to have the basement for some cool down time! Took the canoe and kayaks with the kids out to the main lake one morning for a very peaceful ride. House has everything you need.

Lakeside Paradise

Just a wonderful place to getaway with family or friends. I love that they include the kayaks/canoe for having fun out on the lake. Feels like your own private corner of the world (unless the neighbors are home, but even that's not too bad). I love the privacy of the lot, the access to the lake (you will get a work out walking up and down the yard!), and the proximity to town is quite convenient. Can't wait to come back again!

Goodness Tucked Away in a Cove

Very nice stay! Beautiful lake view and easy access to fun days out in the lake. We had 2 small kids so the spiral staircase from top to bottom was a little challenging for them! So many fun games and activities right on site! Would love to have had maybe a set of larger bowls (when you have a crowd to feed) in hand l; otherwise fairly well stocked. Love the seclusion at the end of a road:)

Perfect Spot for a Family

Very quiet area on Mayo Lake. We used just about all of the lake and indoor toys during out stay. Only turned on the TV to watch a movie one night after a long day on the lake. The photos do not do the property justice. Would highly recommend!

A quiet and relaxing experience

The home was as advertised. The available games and equipment provided unlimited entertainment for both young and old. Traveling north to the Clarksville area we enjoyed the hiking in Occoneechee State Park and visiting the antique shops. The Lake Mayo Park was interesting and permitted us to swim in the cool waters.

Lakeside Paradise

This house was exactly what we needed. The pictures are accurate. The house was located on a cove that provided an easy paddle to the main lake. Fishing and kayaking were great. The house was well stocked. The owners were great! We had no issues, but they were leaving as we arrived and went the extra mile to make sure we were all set!

We will be back!

We had fully intended on staying at a hotel for the trip but because of my ptsd My wife looked around for other possibilities and she found this place. We arrived on the 26th to have a second Christmas with my son and daughter from SOBO VA and the 4 days were like being in our own home and all six of us had a blast! From the wall colors to the house facing the water. We loved ever minute of this place and will be returning asap! It was so peaceful and beautiful...thank you for sharing such a beautiful place!

Our family loves spending time outdoors. We settled in the area about 13 years ago. We decided to share our home with guests to provide the same opportunity at a reasonable price.

We wanted a getaway from our busy lives, but relatively close to home. We love fishing from the dock or the canoe. The cove is quiet and private, but we enjoy kayaking around to view the wildlife or heading toward the main lake to experience more open water.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Mayo Lake has a protected shoreline. No permanent docks and limited public access to the lake. Quiet area with abundant wildlife viewing, but not far from all the Triangle area has to offer. This property is for people who want to escape and enjoy time with friends or family. It is meant for those who are looking for simple joys.
