* Swimming, fishing, boating, and all water-related activities are at the guest’s own risk.

* No diving from the dock.
* Children must wear a life jacket when on or near the dock. Life jackets are strongly recommended for all guests participating in water activities.
* Water depth, lake conditions, and shoreline conditions may vary and can change without notice.
* The host assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, loss, or damage related to the use of the dock, waterfront, lake, or surrounding areas.
* Guests are responsible for ensuring the safety of all members of their party, including children and pets.
