We welcome you to stay in our spacious and stylish townhouse and basement, the perfect base for family getaways or fun-filled trips with friends!
With six double bedrooms, and a handy trundle bed - thereâs plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind.
Whip up a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen and gather around the table in the bright and airy dining room, or enjoy drinks on the patio followed by a stroll into town, where youâll find endless options of bars, pubs, and restaurants right on your doorstep.
The house is filled with natural light, creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere throughout, where everyone can recharge.
Whether you`re curling up on the big, comfy corner sofa for a movie night, diving into a good book, or playing board games with loved ones, youâll find everything you need to make lasting memories.
If the sunâs out, the spacious garden and patio are perfect for lounging or alfresco dining.
It`s worth taking a short 15-minute walk to the flower-filled Jephson Gardens park- one of Leamington âs absolute gems. Keep an eye out for pop-up events and local markets that are often held there!
Whatever the weather, this is a place enjoy quality time together. If you`re in the mood for a change of scenery, it`s easy to hop on public transport and explore nearby locations like historic Stratford-upon-Avon or the vibrant city of Birmingham.
We welcome well behaved pets- thereâs heaps of space for them in the garden to enjoy too! A charge of ÂŁ35 per pet applies to cover additional cleaning and maintenance.
Please inform us in advance if you are bringing a pet. Pets must be kept off furniture, not left unattended, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after them to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests.
**Important:** We are committed to protecting our homes and guests, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent ID verification as part of the booking process. Itâs nice and easy - taking less than 5 mins to complete.
Please note:
We verify your details before your booking can begin and this must be completed 48 hours prior to your stay. Youâll receive a secure link to our deposit, damage waiver and ID verification platform to complete this step. Youâll be given the choice between paying a fully refundable ÂŁ300 deposit (with a small, non-refundable ÂŁ4.70 fee for UK cards or ÂŁ9.00 for international cards) or purchasing a non-refundable ÂŁ30 damage waiver, which protects you against accidental damage up to ÂŁ300 during your stay. Check-in information will only be sent once this is completed.
