This is a great apartment in Chelsea! Well appointed with everything we needed for a week-long stay. We always felt safe and secure, and it’s a very nice and quiet area. We loved the access to the river boat on the Thames. Good communication with the hosts too!

Check in was easy. And we greatly appreciated being let in early to drop off our bags. Very pretty place. It had everything we needed. We felt safe and it was quiet! Also very convenient to the train station.

Lovely 2/2 flat steps from Chelsea Wharf. The 9th floor balcony was perfect for morning coffee and planning the day as well as a nightcap before settling in. It’s a beautiful area with no shortage of possibilities. Roughly a 2 minute walk to the Wharf to catch the Uber Boat to any pier in Central London. The overground is also a 2-3 minute walk and connects you to the underground in one stop. From there, the entire city is accessible within minutes. If you prefer door to door service, the black cabs are very responsive and a taxi queue is right outside.I would recommend this as an alternative to two moderate hotel rooms with more space to unwind and feel at home.

Our stay was average overall. The property had some positives, but there were several issues that affected our experience. No shampoo was provided, the mattress had broken springs and was uncomfortable, and the clothes dryer did not work even though it was listed as an available amenity on the VRBO site.We informed the host about these issues during our stay. The host was responsive in communication, but unfortunately no solutions were provided while we were there.

Disappointed that your stay was only average, this is a first for us. Bed 2 has been checked on your departure, and as I thought it doesn't have springs it has wooden slats so not sure why you found discomfort. The dryer was also checked and no fault found. Wonderful stay at Sands End. Located by the river and the Walking Path. We were located on an upper floor with plenty of room for three. Each bedroom and the living area had their own Air Con thermostat which was ideal as we were on the ground in during one of the 2026 summer heat waves (afternoon daytime temps were 94 to 98 degrees Fahrenheit). The excellent Air Con was our sanctuary after touring all day. The kitchen was well equipped with a refrigerator w/ ice maker, a washing machine/dryer combo, a dishwasher, and ironing board/iron. Apartment had two full bathrooms. The living area was comfortable with a big-big television. WiFi was available in the apartment. The area felt very secure and no safety concerns. Five minutes away walking was a small grocery store for groceries, prepared meals, and libations. A 20-minute walk away was a large grocery store with food stuffs and more. Downstairs were restaurants and a pub. For transportation, Imperial Wharf station was a 5-minute walk and Imperial Wharf station is one stop away from West Brompton (District Line) which is accessible to all of London. Also nearby at Chelsea Harbor is the Uber River Boat if you want to travel by river. Finally, our host Tony was easily accessible when we needed to extend our stay. The few times we had questions or needed guidance he was receptive and accomodating. Overall, our stay here gets full marks. Tony and Sands End easily gets five of five stars. Well done!!

Vriendelijk ontvangen en duidelijk uitleg over alles. Alles was verder aanwezig wat je nodig had. Super mooie locatie en metro dichtbij. Mooi appartement met een prachtig uitzicht.
