The property manager has zero customer service skills. Their approach is what I would call Management by Threats".My communication with the property manager was replete with threats. Treating a paying customer like I am incapable of decorous behaviour or I need to be threatened with a fine, cancellation etc even for a routine activity as checking in. The manager is a tad irresponsible to send me a separate message threatening a fine for noise despite the fact that the condition has been repeatedly highlighted in the check-in instructions. There was also another ridiculous message threatening to cancel my reservation without the option of refund for not filling the check-in mail in time. I discovered that the check-in mail went to my spam folder. Apparently the aggressive approach to relating with their customers was informed by the fact that the property is alleged to be an UNLICENSED letting business. An elderly co-tenant came to me on the first morning of my stay to inform me that the property is an unlicensed letting business. The bath was a "clean" joke. Its the smallest bath area I have ever used in my decades of international travel. I am not a super sized person, yet I could barely fit in the showers.
My overall experience at this property left a "sour taste in the mouth"....Would NEVER come back here
