We're sorry that our heating controls were faulty, the exposed wires are quite safe as it's low voltage but should be switched of also. We've had to repair the controls and are working on a solution to have them installed back in place. Thanks for the great review and thanks for staying.

A gorgeous, well equipped apartment in the perfect location!

The apartment was modern and clean, and a great size for a weekend break! Some minor cosmetic upgrades would make such a difference, particularly in the bathroom but nothing that would put me off staying here again. The code entry system was a great touch, no need to worry about forgetting or losing keys! We had a wonderful time, and will definitely stay again if we’re lucky enough to find any available dates!

11/10 stay in well equipped apartment near Edinburgh castle!!

Communication prior to check in was excellent and contactless check in and out was easy. The apparent located in quiet neighborhood and was very spacious, instruction booklet greatly appreciated and location to New/Oldtown, Grassmarket area and bus and trams is excellent. Would stay here again and again!

Beautiful apartment in amazing location

Stayed in apartment one for one night. Was lovely inside. Had everything we needed. The owner couldn't be more helpful and hopefully if we go back to Edinburgh will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay at Edinburgh Nine, booked through the website and received all the information one week before the trip. Everything went smoothly and apartment was as expected, which is great.

Thank you for the review. The apartment is located in a quieter area of the city away from the main roads, but there will be some people that pass by. It is not a main road so benefits form less traffic. We're delighted you like the apartment and it met expectations, thank you for excellent marks!

Lovely apartment, very centrally located

It’s quiet and comfortable and the location is perfect.I had an issue with my debit card/credit union declining the payment due to it being an international charge and the property manager was very kind and patient with me being slow (accidentally) in addressing it.

Edinburgh Nines is great for a city break in Edinburgh

This is a very central accommodation, comfortable, spacious with excellent facilities and with easy access to the castle, city centre, Tattoo, festival and fringe events. The owner is always very helpful and easy to contact. Close to bus routes to surrounding areas and Airport. I would highly recommend this accommodation. We have already booked for our fourth year in a row.
