The Villa is in an amazing location only minutes walk either side for all the bars and restaurants, and less than 10 minutes from the Balcon De Europa and the famous shopping streets, and only 2 minutes to the beach. The property inside is dated somewhat which many reviews have commented on previously, some things were still broken which were also mentioned in previous reviews, ie the outside table and chairs the reclining armchair and shower hose in the second bathroom to name a few none of which have been replaced in years (so it appears)My also be worth taking a couple of extra pillows. There is only one air conditioning unit at the top of the stairs, so the bedrooms are cooled by fans, which are not very effective especially in July. The bonus, is that there is off street parking, something not often found in Nerja. Encarni was an amazing host, always good at responding to questions and queries and keeping us up to date on the check in process, and she met us on arrival. The house came with basic provisions to get you going which was a plus, and it has a TV providing basic English and Spanish Channels in the living room, and an amazing roof terrace with Spectacular sea views, although this is a bit tricky to get to. Dated, rough around the edges but fantastic location and host.
