Dans le centre de la ville avec tout à portée de main, bars, restaurants, boutiques et la plage de Burriana est à seulement 10 minutes. Cette nouvelle maison de ville de luxe très spacieuse est d'un très haut niveau et équipée de la technologie la plus moderne qui dispose de 3 chambres, 3 salles de bains, 2 espaces de vie avec une cuisine ouverte et un très grand toit équipé d'un jacuzzi à six places, d'un barbecue avec coin cuisine extérieur équipé pour jusqu'à 8 personnes.
3 des chambres sont de grandes chambres doubles au deuxième étage et un canapé-lit gigogne supplémentaire peut être aménagé pour 2 enfants supplémentaires au rez-de-chaussée dans 1 des espaces de vie.
Il y a la climatisation dans toute la maison et pendant les mois d'hiver, il y a de l'air chaud et un poêle à bois.
Il y a 2 satellites T. Vs dans chaque zone de départ chaînes anglaises et européennes et Netflix disponibles, WiFi gratuit dans toute la maison.

This property is fantastic. Completely accurate in terms of the description and offers everything that you need for an amazing stay. Every last detail has been thought about down to the welcome bottle of rose wine. I would not hesitate to recommend this to everyone and we, as a group of 4 will definitely visit again.

Beautiful house with everything you need in heart of Nerja near bars, restaurants and beach. Well thought out and immaculate. Communication was great with host.Only disappointment was the building work next door and on other buildings nearby which meant we could not use the rooftop terrace during week days. The host did warn us prior to our stay a week before arrival however we did not appreciate how noisy and dusty it would be.Would definitely stay here again once building work completed.

Excellent unit and location for six adults and a 6-month-old. Plenty of space with a great layout. Very clean. Near the action but not in it. We LOVED the rooftop terrace and had several great family dinners there. Local property manager was extremely responsive and proactive.

House was stunning, beds very comfortable and the hot tub is great. Very central for centre of Nerja but just far enough away to be peaceful. You can find free off street parking but we found the very large open car park much easier at 45 per week.Liz was very helpful and had a fast response to any questions we had. We would highly recommend Liz’s house, we had a great 2 weeks over Xmas and new year.

The house is even better than the pictures make it look. It’s in a great location with everything you need. Julieta who meets you is lovely and is very responsive if needed. Highly recommended, we will be back.

we stayed in the property for 10days. The house is better than in the photos and they’re amazing! Walked everywhere enjoyed the roof top terrace and ground floor patio area. Highly recommend this property.

Luxurious home stay in the centre of it all

Perfect location in the centre of the old town, 10min walk to everything. The home was spacious and beautifully designed, as an extended family staying together for 2 weeks we had ample space to connect and separate all under one roof. Just returned today from Nerja, stayed in this beautiful house for the second time, with my husband and two brothers and their wives. It is so well appointed with everything you could want in a holiday house, and the location is excellent close to all the bars & restaurants and the Balcon de Europa.

The house doesn’t let you down, everything and more as described. Great location minutes from the bars, restaurants and beaches. Property very clean and well maintained, Julieta the house manger gave us a warm welcome and was on hand if we had any issues. There where 6 adults in our party and the house is a good size you never felt cramped. Would stay again in the future.

A Fantastic House

What a beautiful house! We’ve been to Nerja many times but never stayed in the centre of town. This house is in a great location and has absolutely everything you need for a wonderful stay. Thank you to Julieta for the easy check-in process. I would definitely recommend the house for a trip away with friends.
