The property was outstanding and in a very good location, our only small issue was the bath towels they were very small and could have done with being larger. Overall the apartment was more than adequate for the 5 adults that stayed, and the view was amazing, and got the sunrise which was beautiful.

Amazing property with magnificent views. Central location to beach and restaurants. Plenty of supermarkets nearby. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool again with magnificent views. The host was excellent and prompt at communicating with us and very accommodating with specific requests. We wouldn’t hesitate in returning again!

The location is excellent, just by the sea but also very close to everything. There is just a short walk to the grocery stores. You can hear the sounds of the sea in the evening and in the morning. The apartment was clean, well equipped, it was beautifully furnished and the view is amazing. The pool was well maintained and clean.

The location of this property is excellent with a wonderful view from the balcony, close to Burriana Beach and the Old Town. Yvonne was very good at responding quickly to a couple of questions that we had regarding locating a doctor and where to leave our cases on the last day. There was always plenty of room for sunbeds and the pool was very clean.If I were to have any suggestions as to how to improve our stay, I would say that the towels provided could do with being a bit bigger and thicker. Also we felt that the bedding could do with an upgrade. These two points, however, are meant to be constructive and did not spoil our experience staying in the apartment. We were a family of 6 (2 young children, 2 parents and 2 grandparents) and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The location was perfect—within walking distance of the town center while offering beautiful sea views.The apartment was clean, beautifully renovated, and very comfortable. We especially appreciated having individually controlled air conditioning in each room. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped, with everything we needed, including a kettle, coffee maker, and plenty of pots and cookware.The beds were very comfortable, with both sheets and comforters available to suit different preferences. The bathroom was lovely, and the rain shower was a particularly nice touch. The bedrooms were spacious and offered plenty of storage.The balcony was one of our favorite features. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy both the sunrise and sunset over the sea.The host was excellent—very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had.One important note is the parking situation. Street parking is nearly impossible, but there is a paid parking lot with plenty of available spaces approximately 200 meters from the building.Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again on our next visit to Nerja!

Fabulous location

Yvonne‘s place is in the perfect location, near to everything we needed. The three bedrooms and one and a half baths are hard to find and we really appreciated having this in such a great location. The views from the balcony are stunning. You definitely will not regret renting this beautiful apartment :)

Great to be back in Nerja!

This is our second time in Nerja and we opted to stay in the same general location we did two years ago; in between the Balcón and Burrianna Beach, walking distance to beaches, shops, restaurants and public transports. The renovated second floor apartment offers a fantastic sea view from the large balcony and is located in a quieter part of town, away from the touristy areas.

Comfortable apartment in Nerja

The apartment has been furnished well with comfortable beds and sofa / chairs. Well equipped kitchen if you want to stay in and cook. It is located in a great spot with restaurants only a 5 mins walk. Bakus restaurant is very close by but you need to book a table and Redondo in the center of Nerja is great for Tapas.

Perfect Location

Very pleased with the property and area. Ideally located for Burriana beach and Nerja town centre. Property has everything.. chairs & umbrellas for the beach and everything you could poss need in the kitchen. Didn’t use the pool during the stay, our children prefer the beach but was clean and a good size. Would happily stay here again on our next trip, thank you for having us. Host was very friendly, what a good find!
