A perfect, spacious, 3-bedroom accommodation, situated very close to the central market – the heart of the city – and just a 5–10-minute walk from the city’s best cafés and restaurants. (Perfect for couples, families, business travellers and groups.) This space combines (modern design) with (comfortable amenities) to make you feel at home from the moment you arrive.
The flat is on the 4th floor, and the building has no lift. It is therefore not suitable for people with mobility issues. Pets are not permitted.
On arrival at the accommodation, I kindly ask you to provide a cash deposit of 100 euros, which will be refunded at the end of your stay.
Check-in is between 16:00 and 22:00, and check-out must be by 12:00. If you require different times, this is possible subject to the following surcharges:
Arrival between 22:00 and 00:00: surcharge of 50 euros
Arrival after 00:00: €100 surcharge

The flat has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay: high-speed Wi-Fi, a coffee corner, a dishwasher and all essential kitchen appliances. It is situated between the Central Market and San Fernando Castle, in a central yet quiet area, about a 15-minute walk from Postiguet Beach. It is close to restaurants, shops and the shopping district, and near the train station and the tram stop at Plaza de Luceros, allowing you to enjoy the whole of the Costa Blanca.

For long stays (28 nights or more), the rental price includes daily electricity consumption of up to 12 kWh. Any consumption exceeding this limit will be charged at €0.35 per kWh and must be paid in cash at the end of your stay. With normal use of the air conditioning, consumption should not exceed this limit.

For stays of 10 days or less, this will be classified as a holiday let – a holiday let contract (in accordance with Decree-Law 9/2024 of 2 August and Law 15/2018 of 7 June of the Consell GVA), and a holiday let rental contract must be signed.
For stays of more than 10 days, this will be considered a seasonal let – Seasonal Contract (in accordance with Act 29/1994 of 24 November, LAU, Article 3, and Royal Decree 1312/2024 of 23 December), and a seasonal tenancy agreement must be signed.
