1: Smoking is not allowed.

2: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 12 persons; exceeding this number is prohibited.

3. The apartments are located in a residential area. Parties and excessive noise after 22:00 are prohibited at all times.

4: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you will need to restock them yourself.

Check-in hours are 4 pm - 9 pm. Check-in after 9 pm is possible at an additional 50€ fee.

Enjoy impeccably clean and fresh towels and bed linens, thanks to our industrial-grade facilities that wash linens at 90 degrees for thorough disinfection and unmatched hygiene. All of our properties are equipped with beach towels, so you don't have to carry extra weight in your luggage.
