We have been to this property several times over the years. Rosa is always welcoming ,the facilities are clean and comfortable and the setting in frontof the marina is perfect and it is close to all the seafront restaurants.

Ideal stay

The apartment is in a great location, close to the beach and restaurants. It overlooks the harbour. It is very clean and has everything you would need.

Great apartment in a great location

We had a short stay in El Campello and Rosa's apartment was perfect. It was close to the beach and local facilities but far enough away for us to enjoy the peace and quite as well. The apartment was well appointed and very comfortable. We will definitely be staying again.

Amazing apartment

Superb apartment, great location.

The apartment was on the 7th floor, accessible by lift. The view from the spacious balcony was over the harbour and the beach. We liked that we could catch a lift directly to the harbour via a cave. The weather was perfect and we had a very relaxing break.

Fantastic apartment beautiful views.

Fantastic aparment overlooking the marina. This was our second visit to Rosas beautiful apartment. It is very well furnished and very clean. The cave access down to the beach was great and chairs and umbrella were provided at the apartment. It was a very peaceful and relaxing stay. Numerous restaurants along the promenade to choose from. The beach is amazing and very clean. We will definately be back.

Great property and lovely view

We had a great time in this lovely one bedroom apartment with lots of little touches such as beach chairs and umbrella as well as a shopping trolley! It also has a unique cave access to the marina and beach which you access from the lift using a special key. Our host was great and was there to meet us on arrival around lunchtime and explained everything very well using google translate when required! We hope to return in the future!

Couldn’t have wished for more

Rosa welcomed us to the apartment, showed us where things were and explained how they worked. She also showed us the unusual and memorable cave entrance to the harbour. The apartment was well equipped and the crowning glory was the balcony which overlooked the harbour and where you could watch the sunrise over the horizon. The location of the apartment was excellent with the promenade and a variety of restaurants and bars just a short walk away. The tram station was a 10-15 minutes walk away which made it easy to get around. A microwave could perhaps be added to the kitchen equipment. Rosa is a great host who is only a phone call away

Relaxing holiday

Property has everything we wished for! The view is gorgeous and the location perfect very close to the nice and clean beach. Restaurants, grocery store and many other nice stores are just around the corner and good train connections to towns near by. Rosa, the owner, met us when we came and showed everything in the apartment very well. A big plus in the apartment was even parasols and chairs to the beach and a cart for groceries. In the fridge waited a bottle of gold white wine, a gift from Rosa. She is very kind and really listens to her guests. She even fixed the roof fans in the apartment after we left when we told that the roof fan would make the apartment even better. Thank you Rosa! We really enjoyed our stay in your beautiful apartment!

Our stay in Rosa's apartment

Hi, We had a very nice stay in the apartment. The apartment was modern, light, airy and very tastefully furnished. We never met Rosa but relatives to her. We also talked to her son (I believe) who was very helpful on the phone when we had a situation that needed prompt action. A suggestion for improvement is for the landlord to provide information on how things work in the apartment, door locks for instance. We arrived rather late on a Sunday evening and it would have been nice if there had been a couple of water bottles in the fridge and perhaps some fruit. Overall impression of the flat is very good. I would not hesitate to recommend the flat to others. Best regards, Monica

Perfect apartment

This apartment is in an excellent location on the 7th floor overlooking the Harbour; with great views of the Beach and the Mediterranean from the large balcony. The Sun shines on the balcony from first thing in the morning until around 14:00 (During our stay in April). The apartment has everything you would expect for a short stay. The town is perfect with many restaurants and bars, the prices are cheaper away from the beach front. We were welcomed by Rosa and Jaime, who were very friendly and helpful, with advice on places to visit. We hired a car, but it’s not required for the location. I would recommend this apartment, and we would certainly rent it again. There is free parking on the beach front, but beware of the people directing you where to park, as they are not officials, and are trying to give the impression they are parking attendants. Just walk away after you park and they won’t bother you. The parking is also free on the main road next to the apartment block.

Bonjour c'était un bon séjours avec emplacement magique, juste l'appartement y'a le lit a voir c'est un 1m40 pour des petits tailles, et il faut aussi le manque des draps et les serviettes a changer, l'accueil rien a dire elle est très gentille merci.

Super Appartement, mais le lit du salon est un simple canapé et non un canapé lit. Ce n'est donc pas un appartement 2 lits mais bien 1 lit double. Le reste est top à part ca. Je conseillerais à la propriétaire de mettre un clic clac à la place du canapé :)

Appartement idéalement situé près du port

Très bon séjour à Campello, la location était très propre, proche du paceo, où l'on peut s'y promener, prendre un verre... C'était la fête de la Virgen del Carmen et nous étions aux premières loges pour apprécier la fête !!! Rosario nous a très bien accueillis, très sympa et agréable. Merci. Je recommande vivement ce logement. A bientôt Campello 😁

Die Lage des Hauses La isleta ist perfekt, direkt am Yachthafen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, der Balkon perfekt für am Tage zu benutzen aber auch am Abend oder Nacht ein wunderschöner Ausblick auf den Hafen .Ein Stern Abzug gibt es für das viel zu kleine Bett . Ein 140cm breites Bett in einer Ferienwohnung ist nicht schön, wir haben eigentlich 2 Wochen nicht wirklich gut geschlafen....Ansonsten war alles io ,sehr nette Vermieter,wir kommen wieder ( wenn es ein breiteres Bett gibt )

Fantastisch ruim apartement . Het uitzicht vanaf de 7e etage is schitterend . Jij kijkt uit op de haven de zee en het strand. Er waren uitklapbare ligbedjes of klapstoeltjes en parasol om mee te nemen naar het strand. Je loopt zo het stand op . Heel dichtbij via een grot onder het gebouw waar je met de lift kan komen. Zelfs een trollybag om makkelijk boodschappen te kunnen doen.
