Mitchell was an excellent host! We had a little shower issue and he came immediately and took care of it. So clean when we arrived! My #1 requirement. Check out was super easy.

It was to find, close to stores and dining.

Close to beaches from Sarasota to Boca grande. The pool was nice. The rooms were spacious.

Fantastic Home Away from Home!

We all had a fantastic stay! Very clean and spacious with every amenity. Check in was a breeze and our host was gracious and quick to respond. Highly reccomend staying here.

Perfect location

We were within 5 minutes of everywhere we needed to go in Englewood. Grocery stores , food , atms all within walking distance .

Family fun

We had a great stay at this condo. It was very clean and close to everything needed for a fun and relaxing vacation. It’s approximately 2.5 hours from Disney and super close to the most beautiful beaches I have ever had the pleasure of viewing. The price is great too! We hope to be back soon!

Perfect Place for 2 - 4

The place was so nice and clean and very adequately furnished. Close to beaches and Marinas. Might be helpful to let people know good restaurants such as Landy’s in the area. Very convenient to Publix and CVS to pick up necessities

Very nice

The condo is quite nice with comfortable beds and the entire complex is kept up, pool, pickleball and a very nice community building.

Excellent place to stay!

We have been coming to Palm Manor for years! This was our 10th year, would of been our 11th, but hurricane Ian stopped us last year from staying at Palm Manor. The property is very well kept, the pool is clean and the club has things you can do inside. The condos are very well kept clean upon arrival! Hoping to get back there soon!

This is a very clean and well maintained floor level condo in a quiet complex with a lovely pool area for residents only.The condo provides a full modern kitchen with new washer and dryer.Two refurbished bathrooms both with shower. Dining area with glass table, this was a slight concern as the table edge is very hidden and we walked into it a few times so draped a blanket over to make it more visible. This would certainly be a worry if children were present. Overall this is a lovely base to explore Englewood and surrounding areas. The owners are responsive and go out of their way to be helpful in any way.We were more than happy here. Thank you so much.

Enjoyable vacation.

We had a wonderful time visiting with family. Englewood is such a lovely town. People are so much more relaxed then the people up north. Our stay was so pleasant we even called and extended our trip another day. The accommodations were just as pictured. Very nice and clean. We had 2 questions and just called the phone number we had and they were answered right away. Looking forward to coming back again.

The four of us had a wonderful time visiting this area. The complex and the town of Englewood are both very quiet which made the stay even beter. The condo was exactly as pictured. Very nice and clean with dishes, pots/pans and a washer and dryer. What more could you need?! However, if you needed more, there is an Aldi, Goodwill and Dollar tree right next door.The unit is about 7 minutes from Englewood beach and only a few more minutes to a couple other beaches so be sure to check them all out for gathering shells and shark teeth.Check in and out was very easy and the times I had questions, the host was very fast to respond and always professional.This was a great stay and we would absolutely come back!

Palm Manor

This condo in Palm Manor was absolutely amazing - nicely decorated and modern, clean, and decorated with a beach feel. The pool is a central meeting place for all guests and residents, and inside the clubhouse there is a place to play pool, ping pong, and get some new reading material. The lanai was my favorite - having a screened in porch kept the bugs out and the sunshine in. The area has a lot to offer within walking distance or a short drive to the beach and some night/daytime entertainment. Englewood is definitely a hidden gem.

Nice place

Tbis property does not seem like much from the outside but when you walk in the front door it has that Florida feel, Very welcoming feel and bright n cheery. Florida wall hanging which we love. We were on the bottom floor. We had 1 small issue with the upstairs people but it was dealt with immediately and never had another issue. The owners replied back was was there within minutes (they happenes to be in the area at the time so it worked out good.. all in all i rate this a 10 out of 10

Nice condo

We were here from mid January to mid April. Condo was large and comfortable with a walk in closet. Lovely artwork adorned the walls. Appliances worked well, had full sized washer and dryer. AC and heat worked very well. Plenty of hot water. Owner was very quick to respond to any questions. The pool in this complex was wonderful, clean and super warm. Grocery store across the street. Unit had very large TV in the main living area and a smaller TV in the master bedroom. My only complaint is there is some road noise during the day, but very quiet during the night. No sleeping issues.

Eine schöne Unterkunft in einer schönen Umgebung

Wir waren sehr glücklich und zufrieden mit dieser Unterkunft, es war gepflegt und es war alles vorhanden um eine schöne Zeit zu verbringen. Der Badestrand war mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten erreichbar sowie viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Sehr zu empfehlen und gern wieder.

August 2022 Stay

Our stay was positive in all respects. The owner had done a lot to make sure the condo was clean and ready for our visit. We enjoyed the clubhouse and pool as well. The location was perfect for going to the beach, shopping and restaurants. We look forward to returning someday.
