The Gathering Place est une belle maison avec une atmosphère luxueuse. Parfait pour les réunions de famille ou d'amis. La maison offre une magnifique terrasse surplombant la baie. Il y a un patio couvert pour se détendre et une jetée privée de 500 pieds. L'étage se compose d'une grande salle contenant la grande cuisine complète, grande salle à manger et grand salon. Le mur arrière de l'eau est 2 grandes portes coulissantes en verre donnant une excellente vue à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur. Il y a 3 chambres ayant chacune sa propre salle de bain privée. Il y a aussi une demi-salle de bain. Au rez-de-chaussée il y a une autre chambre et une salle de bain.
Congélateur supplémentaire. Machine à laver et sèche-linge. Télévision par satellite. UN BARBECUE. Climatisé.

We had a great time, loved that each room had its own bathroom. Layout was nice and very open, lots of room for entertaining. If I had to chose just one thing that I would have wanted to be better was the mattresses, that was my only complaint with my family.

Great house, plenty of beds and bathrooms. The kitchen was plenty big and stocked with everything you need to cook with. We had a group of 10, and 2 boats. Parking is no problem with the lot across from the house.

Awesome house

We loved the location and the solar lights that lighted the dock. We’ve stayed at a few places in port Mansfield and this was by far the best! Loved the decor, upstairs deck, very comfortable and Jessica was a super host!

Beautiful and relaxing getaway

Very spacious and well equipped. Good fishing and close to marina for launching boat. Only thing missing are night fishing lights on the pier. If owners install lights the place will be perfect.

I had to contact host after check in time for instructions. We showed up to wrong location due to app miscommunication so property was not stay ready( dusty and dead roaches in bathrooms) looked like it had been vacant for awhile.

Family Easter getaway

Plenty of room for our family of 15. Kitchen was very well stocked.parking on property is limited but they do have a empty lot across the street. Manager was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We truly enjoyed our say.

Great property, everything was great! We had a wonderful time! Loved the house and the location! We had issues with the pier lights so we didn’t get to fish from your pier, had to go to a public pier. Other than that, it was a wonderful time!! Would definitely rent again!!

Thank you for the 5 star rating. The pier lights on this home are solar powered. They run 6-7 hours. They can be turned on and off with a remote so you have the choice of fishing when you desire. We are sorry there was an issue. We are always available by phone to help answer any questions.

We’ve stayed in 6 different rental house in Port Mansfield in the past several years and this one would be at the low end. From the start, they advertise garage space available, not so. Park in front of house, one. You have to park across the road. The house was nice and clean but needs several updates to include the pier—huge safety problem. Showers are pretty ruff. At least a walk way around the house.

First off at no time has the home been advertised with use of garage. As always if there are any issues we address those issues immediately to ensure 100% satisfaction for our guests. The pier may not be pretty, but rest assured it is sound, stable, and safe. We take pride in the cleanliness and repair of our home. We are available to our guests 24 hours a day for anything. Stayed at property Friday Aug 7-Sun Aug 9 with all my family, we were advised that we could not use pier, due to recent hurricane damage, but we could fish from wall. Be careful, there is no wall, the supposed wall is full of debris and very dangerous, the property manager hired some guys on the spot to remove some pieces of boards while we were present. It made the pier even more dangerous, because even though we could not use it, no caution tape or closure signage was present, we had young children present. We had 8 fisherman, which was complete chaos. Hurricane didn't damage pier, this pier was damaged before and hurricane was used as scapegoat, btw all other private piers are completely functional. Our neighbors called the police on us because we were supposedly trespassing, neighbors are relatives to property owners so you are being watched every move you make, be careful. On one occasion, property manager called to warn us that if we stepped on pier she would ask us to leave property, we had to untangle our fishing lines and 1 fisherman stepped on pier to access lines. Also, boards leading to pier need to be removed, they are dangerous, make sure to wear shoes because grass is full of splinters. Refrigerator needs to be replaced, shower curtains are filthy, there is a hole on shower tile, bottom tub is cracked, towel rack on top bedroom is broken, parking on property is for compact cars and the the property in front where you can park has no boundaries, so the front neighbor asked us to relocate because we were blocking her driveway. I wanted to talk to property owner because property manager never sent me a revised contract excluding pier and reduced rate, I think this should be addressed immediately. I'm very disappointed.

Almost the perfect house

This is a beautiful house, spacious, clean, and with all the amenities needed to have a pleasant experience. The only reason why I'm giving it a 4 stars is because the pier is not people friendly, is uneven and dangerous. If it would have a better pier, this house would be the perfect house.
