The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and one with a bunk bed.

Blessed by sunlight, the living / dining area is equipped with a comfortable sofa-bed, a spacious dining table and a flat screen TV.

￫ Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and manual filter coffee maker (coffee not included).

After 22:00, a €25 late check-in fee applies (paid in cash upon arrival).

On the day of your arrival, a member of our team will be at the apartment to welcome you. To avoid any delays, please inform us your flight number and the estimated time of arrival at the property with at least 48 hours in advance. The information we’re requesting is very important for us to coordinate our team and to provide you the best welcoming experience. Without that information we cannot guarantee you a prompt check-in, so your cooperation is very important.

Aguda is a small village by the sea, filled with restaurants and supermarkets with fresh natural products. It has a distinctive Portuguese character and a likeable, low-key atmosphere - far from the bustle of Porto and larger resort towns.
Despite the tranquility, Aguda is easily accessible by public transport with frequent and inexpensive train service from Aveiro and Porto.
The Praia da Aguda is a beautiful sandy beach halfway between Porto and Espinho. This entire coastline is one continuous stretch of golden sand, but the Praia da Aguda is quite unique because of its seawall protecting a minor harbour. This sheltered harbour is home to a small fishing fleet who moor their boats on the beach.

If you are arriving by plane, the best option to get to the apartment is by car.
Taxi or Uber are also possibilities to get to the apartment, but for a faster and easier arrival, please contact us so we can provide a personalized transfer service to pick you up at the airport (subject to an extra cost).

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
