Studio très confortable, bien situé, dans le centre historique de la ville, avec air conditionné (chaud et froid), avec une grande et belle terrasse, calme, décoration moderne, entièrement équipé, avec beaucoup de lumière naturelle.
Proche de toutes les attractions touristiques de la ville.
Pas besoin de voiture. Vous pouvez visiter toute la ville à pied.
Avec les transports en commun vers l'aéroport, les plages et vers d'autres villes.
L'appartement est situé à deux minutes de la station de métro "24 de Agosto", avec connexion à l'aéroport en 30 minutes. Et situé à 10 minutes des plages drapeau bleu.
La gare est à 5 minutes.
L'appartement est équipé d'Internet Wi-Fi haut débit et de chaînes de télévision internationales.

Jerónimo was a wonderful host, very communicative and responsive if I had a question. He even helped me with my bag!On that note, it is 3 flights up so be aware.The room was also really quiet, it was close to downtown but not noisy at all. I loved the porch.

Absolutely perfect! The studio apartment is excellent value for money and the accommodation provides all amenities required for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Porto.Close to all amenities and very easy to get into central Porto and the airport.Communication from the owner was perfect. He provided great advice and was very helpful. We would definitely book this beautiful property again. Highly recommended!

I absolutely loved my stay here. The apartment was super cozy and had everything I needed. It was a great place to come "home" to after long days of sightseeing. Jerónimo was so friendly and helpful - he answered all my questions and provided useful tips and information. I will definitely stay here again.

Host was great, very easy to communicate with. The location was nice. Just outside the busiest portions of the city so pretty quiet, but close enough to walk anywhere. Was small but good for 2 people. The outside patio was nice but the chairs were cracked with no cushions. We were reluctant to turn on the air conditioner as it looked like it needed to be cleaned on the inside. Overall, i would feel comfortable staying here again.

Studio apartment was how it was explained, great location too. Lovely and clean throughout, kitchen facilities were excellent. Very spacious for a studio. Lovely bathroom plenty of hot water , a really big thing was the hairdryer it was great and not like the ones you get in hotels. Outdoor seating area was selling point for us which was fab to have in a city. Area: Lovely bakery across the road, where he sells out of the door. Found a really nice local pub around the corner we ventured to every night staff friendly and local Portuguese food great value called Astronauta. Didn't use the metro but was just at the end of the street, next door to a large supermarket. Also opposite supermarket was a lovely Italian called Maynards which served fabulous pizzas. Highly recommend this apartment, the host Jeronimo was amazing, helpful, communicated well and a really nice person.

Jeronimo was there to meet us although our train was late arriving. He also assisted getting my luggage upstairs. The room is exactly as displayed in the app. It was clean and very comfortable. The AC/heater worked great. We enjoyed beverages on the patio which overlooks the street. It is very close to the metro. There are many wonderful restaurants close by (Shanik and Barbaritas). We found the location was wonderful to walk to many attractions. Please note this unit is on the fourth floor with no elevator. If you have little luggage or are in great shape- you will certainly enjoy!

Spent a month here. Nice studio with great private terrace near the centre of Porto. Supermarket 5 minutes around the corner and you can walk to all the attractions that Porto has but you need to be in shape because in Porto you are going up and down hills.Tons of great restuarants and cafe's nearby. If walking isn't your thing the metro is just around the corner and it is a very efficient way to move around the city especially if you want to get to some of the outside neighborhoods. Very clean and well equipped kitchen Host Jeronimo was easy to communicate with....use Whats App....and was happy to provide recommendations.

Great stay!

We loved our 4 night stay in Porto. The apartment was cute and well appointed, in a great location. The hosts were kind, helpful and accommodating. Be sure to visit the bakery right across the street. There is so much to do in this beautiful city.
