The rental was just as the ad detailed. Jeronimo - his English was very good. He was helpful with information about the property, assisted us with parking our vehicle and gave us some ideas for our stay.

The apartment had everything we needed and looks just like what you see in the listing. The neighborhood was quiet and the room was dark for sleeping. It’s a small studio but benefits from the extra outdoor space. The outdoor space looks nicer in the photos. There are no cushions and the space is very basic.

Great place. Top floor with terrace. Perfect for 2 people. Clean. Close walk to metro, grocery store and many restaurants. Lengthy walk to the Douro river but can be done. Be prepared for the uphill walk back or Uber. Porto and Gaia are incredible! Our host was very nice and responsive to our requests.

Host was great. Cleaning crew and property maintenance was not. Shelving/counters lower than counter height were dirty/dusty. Bathroom sink backed up after just a minute or two.

Jerónimo was a wonderful host, very communicative and responsive if I had a question. He even helped me with my bag!On that note, it is 3 flights up so be aware.The room was also really quiet, it was close to downtown but not noisy at all. I loved the porch.

Absolutely perfect! The studio apartment is excellent value for money and the accommodation provides all amenities required for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Porto.Close to all amenities and very easy to get into central Porto and the airport.Communication from the owner was perfect. He provided great advice and was very helpful. We would definitely book this beautiful property again. Highly recommended!

I absolutely loved my stay here. The apartment was super cozy and had everything I needed. It was a great place to come "home" to after long days of sightseeing. Jerónimo was so friendly and helpful - he answered all my questions and provided useful tips and information. I will definitely stay here again.
