Outside there is roadside parking for 1 car and a rear, lawned garden with furniture and barbecue and shared access of owner's one-acre lands. Within 5 miles there is a shop and 0.1 miles a pub. The quaint town of Lastingham is a great place to unwind and enjoy your holiday. Set on the gentle hills of the North York Moors' southern edge, this area is both stunning and historically significant. This little village of less than a hundred people is home to the quaint olde worlde pub The Blacksmith's Arms and the magnificent and historic Crypt Church of St. Mary, with its exquisite ancient crypt. Flamingo Land Theme Park, Eden Camp Modern History Museum, Hutton-le-Hole Folk Museum, and the North York Moors Steam Railway are just some of the attractions in the neighbourhood. There are many historical sites to explore, such as the majestic Castle Howard, and other buildings such as abbeys, cathedrals, and stately residences. Last, but not least, there’s the wonderful scenery – woods and heather moorland, hills, dales and seaside.
