Grandeur Property manages this property on behalf of the owner. Should you have any queries, we are open 7 days a week. After confirming your booking, you`ll receive access to a guest portal. The minimum age required for the lead guest is 18. Please note that if you are below the age minimum your booking will be cancelled.

Please note that upon confirming your booking, we kindly request all guests to complete a pre-check-in form as part of our security process.

- If the property has been found to be in need of a deep clean after the guests departure the guest in question agrees to pay £100.00 to cover labour and additional cleaning
- Mandatory signing into the property via an external check-in form; failure to comply will result in cancellation of stay.
- We please ask all guests to respect our neighbours. Quiet hours operate from 11pm to 8am.
- Guests must manage waste as per the property manual, with a potential fee for non-compliance.

d. Disclaimer for Unauthorised Changes: Any unauthorised early check-ins or late check-outs will incur a penalty fee of £50 per additional hour overstayed. A late check-out may also lead to a relocation and/or cancellation fee if it results in a loss of income due to disruptions in subsequent bookings.
