It was easy to get into, noComplications. My only concern was the electrical things. 2 outlets sparked but over all it was a beautiful stay.

We had a great time on the trip. The balcony was a concern as wood looked rotten and nails sticking out but I had contacted the host and she’s waiting on management to fix it. The beds could be replaced definitely older. Other than that we had a great stay, the mini stove works a lot better than our bigger one at home. So that was a plus side

Condo

We stayed at your property. For the price it was good. Some of things that needs repair your electrical in the bedroom. Had to unplug lights to watch tv. The kitchen faucet leaked really bad. Afraid to stand on balcony due to deteriorating plywood and nails sticking up out of plywood . Fireplace didn’t work. The jacuzzi in living room made for extremely difficult to move about living room. There was mold on shower curtain.

I got this place for the location AND for the hot tub. Once I booked it, the owner sent a message saying the hot tub was out of order but the one of the property could still be used. The one on the property is outside in the freezing cold. Also it says you can do your laundry there. It’s also out of order. The place was cute and clean but not what I paid for.

Solo stay

Booked for a relaxing break from work. The condo was comfortable. The double bed was fine for me but maybe a bit too cozy for two. Directions on the wall for the jacuzzi but also a sign stating that due to HOA rules it can't be used, both signs look to have been there awhile. Not sure why it's still in the unit, removal would make for a lot more living room space. Extremely noisy guests upstairs, I know the host can't control that but just thought I'd mention in case that is one of her rentals too. Overall it was a nice place. Thank you.

Enjoyed our stay

An older condo that has a few dings, but we found everything clean and well stocked. The only complaint was the bed was not very comfortable. We definitely enjoyed our stay. And watch out for the bears!

For the price it was bearable.

Nice small condo, price was good for what you get. Location was good, nice pizza place close by. Minutes from Gatlinburg. Saw a bear and cubs. Down side the in room jacuzzi had a sign that said not to use do to hoa also some very questionable electrical, one switch controles bedroom so you have unplug lights or you cant use outlet its very strange For the price its good stay. Host is great. Easy check in. Perfect for couple or small family.

Disappointed in Gatlinburg

The hot tub was a tourist trap. False advertisement. If you can't use it, get it out of the way. The noise was terrible. Beating on the floor almost constantly. Roku should have been in the living room. We took a friend. No TV.

Nice stay for get away

Only problem was kids on third floor. Got to see three bears and enjoyed the pool and all. Last day person told us that the end condos bears go by most of times at night you can sit in chairs and watch them.

Smoky Mountains

The property was as described. It wasn’t updated but still functional and comfortable. The main complaint we had was that the condo was so dark. All the bulbs used, if there was one in the fixture, wasn’t bright at all. Hard to apply makeup or read.

Cozy, quiet getaway

We enjoyed our stay at Bearadise Condo, it was nicely decorated. The view was great from the balcony. It was peaceful and quiet, a very relaxing mini vacation. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions, which was greatly appreciated. We would stay there again. Carol & Ray

It was ok not the clearest but not the worst. Jacuzzi in room wasnt functional, the sauna wasnt functional, the dryer didnt dry clothes greatly, we had a light in the bedroom not work at all, the screen to sliding door was off, the wood on deck is bad, the blinds in livingroom wouldnt close all the way, some dishes were dirty from previous renters, the ceiling fan in livingroom didnt work correctly, the ac unit wasnt cooling

Dingy loud apartment

Place was dingy, carpet on the balcony looked like it had pet waste on it before. Bed very uncomfortable. The worst part was the noisy upstairs neighbors. I said something to them and got the cops falsely called on me. Wish I could get my knee back. A hotel would have been better.

Fall vacation

The condo had no lightbulbs in the lights in the living room. The lights in the bedroom were no brighter than a nightlight. The clock needs a battery. It should be noted that there are no elevators so if you need assistance make sure you stay on the first floor. Other than that it was a nice condo.

Our stay

The place had a jacuzzi in the living room but we wasn’t allowed to to use it. The couch turned into a bed and we had to buy a mattress topper cause the mattress on it was so thin. The rocking chair in the living room was broken. This would be more idle for a couple and not four people. It was clean and close enough to everything yet you had your privacy
