The view from the balcony overlooked the beach and city landscape. It was great having our morning coffee, late afternoon snack as well as late night relax moments before bed. The unit was clean, spacious and orderly. The complex was also very clean and everyone very friendly, courteous and helpful. Definitely would stay there again.

The people at the front desk were very rude at times. At check-out they told us to wait in a line, and then after waiting 10 minutes told us to wait in another long line just to check out. There were no apologies, it was like they enjoyed having power over the guests.

Family trip

The property was exactly as described and very clean. It had everything we needed to have an amazing trip. The pool area is beautiful as well as the proximity to the beach. The location was easy to get to and from without a rental car. We had a couple of questions once we got there and they were quickly answered. We would definitely go back!

This unit was exactly as described. We had no issues with check in and the beds are comfortable. Despite other reviews about slow elevators, we had no problems. The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars was the kitchen supplies. 2 of the knives should have been tossed out as they were broken and unsafe. There was also no oven safe dishes to cook in, and only one paper towel roll was provided - id rather have had a dish towel for kitchen clean up. Overall it was great and Id definitely go back.

Perfect Getaway

We enjoyed every day. The apartment is beautiful, plenty of space, kitchen has everything you need, the view is stunning. The building itself is very clean and nice, the restaurant on site, security, 2 chairs and umbrella (more upon availability) are included in hotel fee, but those are stocked in the apartment too. We had a great time, when we return to Miami, we’ll definitely book this property again.

a memorable getaway

My daughter and grandson joined me for this getaway and the property provided a perfect setting for our time together. Especially we loved the view of the ocean and the intracoastal. My grandson up were late one night and was following the arrival and departures of the planes. The beach and pool provided were great spaces for respite. Thank you.

Great location beautiful beachfront property

Our stay was excellent and our unit was perfect for my family of 4. Location is excellent only issue is the wait time for the elevators and the valet but we were there over Christmas and New Year’s so the property was at full capacity.Owner was responsive quickly when we asked questions via email. Would highly recommend this unit for a family looking to spend time in the area

Beach trip

The condo has a great view of the ocean and intercostal. Spacious and had everything we needed. We had some problems w the wifi but had unlimited data so ok for us but might not be for others. It also made the TV not good quality bc the wifi so pretty bad. Overall a good location and great trip!

Hyde Rental

The manager was great!! She was very kind and punctual. The property is clean and very nice. We loved the spa! The beach set up is great and the view was spectacular from this unit. I’d stay again but avoid Memorial Day Weekend! There were too many people in the pool on Sunday, they ran out of lounges, places to sit, and towels. Same for the beach. Too many properties sharing the beach club and I would not swim in the pool on Monday unless it were drained with number of people partying in it over the weekend. I’m sure it would be great on non holiday stays. Overall a great property.
